I brought my car in to have the front brake pads replaced. My new service advisor, Daisy Pacheco did an outstanding job answering all my questions and providing great customer service. She was also replaced. My new service advisor, Daisy Pacheco did an outstanding job answering all my questions and providing great customer service. She was also able to secure a loaner car and kept my informed during the entire process. I’ve been servicing my car at House of Imports for over 15 years. My last service advisor, Allison Enciso provided terrible service. She was rude and unprofessional. That’s why I switched service advisors and I am so happy I did. I had asked Allison for a survey to provide feedback on the poor customer service and she told me that surveys were sent out randomly. I asked her if that was a new procedure because I’ve been servicing my car there for many years and always received a survey to complete after the work was done. Needless to say I never received a survey to provide feedback for Allison’s horrible customer service. I had to call her supervisor and report her. Again, I am happy that I switched to Daisy Pacheco. She was a breath of fresh air and displayed the Mercedes Benz customer service that I have been accustomed to for over 20 years. More
