Overall my rating for the service center (during this particular visit) would have been good if it were not for my horrible experience with the rental car company they sent me to. Since House of Imports could not provide a service car, they sent me to Enterprise rental car where the staff there adamantly insisted that I was getting a Prius. I was unsatisfied with how I was treated at this Enterprise branch. Without a doubt, it was inconvenient, difficult and stressful. I was made to wait outside under extreme heat for an hour. This terrible encounter with Enterprise rental car impacted my overall experience with House of Imports as I feel they're just as responsible for what I had to go through. What I appreciate however, was when House of Imports was made aware of this issue, they made the effort to do things right and replaced the loaner. Thanks to Andrew and Jeff. Additionally, appreciate that House of Imports made an effort to communicate and give update as to status of my car. More

Last year I lost the key to our car. My husband had his key and since we each drive separate cars we were in no hurry to replace it. With all the uncertainty with COVID we thought it best to go ahead a get key and since we each drive separate cars we were in no hurry to replace it. With all the uncertainty with COVID we thought it best to go ahead a get a replacement. I did a little research I found out it could cost up to $500!! Yikes!! Nevertheless we agreed it was needed. My husband comes home and I almost fainted!! They charged us over $700!!!! What a rip off!!! Guess where I will NOT be going when I buy a new car this summer!!! More
This dealership is the worst. Ronelle, the sales person, was ridiculous! She had no customer service at all, rude, raised her voice and was so disrespectful. To top it off, this dealer nobody wore mask!!!!!! Ridiculous. There is a pandemic going on. And the valey guy Gio , high school kid, was so immature and unprofessional. Could not even take off my plates from the car. Claimed that he did not have the '' tool'' to take the plates off & demanded me to take it somewhere else to get the plates off, at the end of the day, you lost MY FAMILY as a customer. Do not go to this place. No customer service what so ever and they hire ridiculous people, with no education and no etiquette. Avoid at all cost. Ronelle can not even handle the problem and pointed at me, scolded at mr and belittled me in front of other people. Spoke to a higher up to handle my situation. I will never go back. More
Bill Chow is the rudest service advisor we have ever met. He likes to belittle people, no room from him where customer service is involved. Before coming in I called and they checked with my VIN, I was told that the key is 470 and programing will be 1 hour. When we dropped off the car I had to take a phone call and when I looked at the paperwork it had an estimated $1000 charge, I went back the next day and spoke to Tom(I think service manager, but there was no title on his glass bowl). He called Bill and asked him why the estimate was so high, he said the replacement should be parts and no more than 1.5 hours in labor. Bill said that he put that down as an estimate only. When we received the car back we were charged 844.88. I called 2 other Mercedes dealers to get a quote and both were 500-600. It's not the money as much is the feeling of someone taking advantage of you. House of imports is closest to me but I will make an effort to never give them any of our family business even if I have to drive much further. More
Bill Chow is probably the rudest, most pompous, dishonest, unscrupulous, and snide service advisor I’ve ever met! He made a misrepresentation about the type of service I was getting for my car and falsely claimed that service B “did NOT include brake fluid replacement.” I ended up talking with one of the managers who confirmed that I was entitled to getting the FULL B service including the brake fluid replacement. Bill Chow had an absolutely terrible, condescending attitude. The guy obviously despises his job! He went to great lengths to intentionally falsify my email to prevent me from giving him a bad survey rating that he MOST definitely deserved! Without question, he should be FIRED immediately! The fact that he still has his job says a lot about House of Imports! Whether it’s for service or sales, my advice is to RUN AWAY from this dealer! More

Customer Service I scheduled an appointment with the House of Imports a few days ago and told them I needed a loaner car at which time they said no problem. When I arrived at my appointment, the service technician was 15-20 minutes late and told me a loaner car may/may not be available because they don't reserve loaner cars for customers. I had to get a B1 service at which time they said they will cost me ~$2,000; I said I don't think I need all this service and would like a basic oil and filter change. That was when things went from bad to worst and they said no loaner car was available and I would have to wait at the dealership until the service was done. I requested to speak with the manager and the technician said he was "busy" and I went to his office and the manager was surfing the internet. I questioned him about the service and loaner car and he told me that's how we operate here and if you don't like it too bad. I had been at this dealership in the past for 2 other services and there was no problem and my old technician was great but he no longer works there (I can see why). I will be going to a different Mercedes dealership for service in the future. More

Bad experience due to lack of communication! I took my car in on Friday to have the body shop give me an estimate on the damages due to somebody running a red light and hit me. They put me in a rental car and never told me the body shop wasn't open on the weekends so when I called on Saturday to find out what was going on with my car they said the body shop was closed and wouldn't be there until Monday. So here I was paying for a rental car when they're not even working on my car . I would've brought my car in on Monday and been happy to take a rental car knowing that something was getting done on mine but that wasn't the case. Also I was supposed to get a phone call or an email as I was told many times which I never received and when I called on Monday they said my car was disassembled. I told him several times that I need to get back together because I'm coming to pick it up and that was two hours ago and nobody has called me yet. I did not authorize any work to be done on my car all I wanted was an estimate so I can compare it with my insurance it was gonna cost to fix it . More
