I brought my SUV for recall service. I ensured that it was clean before leaving it to Allison (service advisor at House of Imports Buena Park) and her technicians. I am rating the overall experience with heavy emphasis on Allison’s performance as a 3. I would still recommend the dealership/service department, because Allison may not necessarily reflect all of their employees. 1 star deducted for returning my car dirty. 1 star deducted for not leaving an email or text follow up on at least a weekly basis.
