Buena Park Mercedes has been the best service we have received since owning a Mercedes. I think the difference was our Service Rep Kris. He was great. Came into service center due to having issues with apple car play; and Bluetooth system. There were no loaners available until 2 day, and when I received my car back there were no complimentary car wash tha car play; and Bluetooth system. Scheduled service via phone call because site keep freezing, but still was pretty easy. Jag, service advisor, was quick and efficient. Made an appointment on 8/24/22 for diagnostic service for 2016 G-550. Didn't receive an update from the service advisor for 2 days. I called the service advisor and service manager on 8/26/22. car was just p 2016 G-550. Didn't receive an update from the service advisor for 2 days. The dealership has gone down over the last two years. The sales and service people are very nice. However, it is difficult to get a loaner car when having warrantee work done. They did pay for a lift bu The sales and service people are very nice. However, it is difficult to get a loaner car when having warrantee work done. They did pay for a lift but I went without a car for 2 days. They used to wash your car before returning it. My car was dirty when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. In fact, I had the car washed 3 days before I dropped it off and when I picked it up, covered in dirt. It was very dusty and dirty as though they left it in a dirt parking lot. I guess all the new construction, they have to safe where they can. Very sad. I don’t want to go to Fletcher Jones but I’ll need to reconsider my options. I probably won’t be going back after going there for 12 years More
