Oil change Quick oil change for the car and they keep me in the loop on the work being done. I dropped it off the night before and picked it up the next day. The sales p Drove 60 miles to view a vehicle only to get a lazy sales person who acted unfriendly when I asked questions after the papers were signed. The sales person was rude and thinks he does not have to respect a customer and answer a question. This sales person says read the manual. When its night and I am driving home the 60 miles there were some necessary facts needed for the NIGHTTIME ride home in the snow storm. This sales person also told me whether he sells a truck or a car he gets paid the same. I also had to beg to buy some weather tech mats for the vehicle that I just bought that they had for sale. I arrived by 5pm but at 8pm its a don't let the door hit you in the xxx as he is leaving no matter what. Next: I purchased a 2017 with 5 thousand miles on it and the dealership FAILED to have the keypad code for the vehicle. However the butt head sales person said I could drive back down 60 miles and they could possibly get a code. I said to drive 60 miles one way I would need a guarantee they could get the code. This sales person indicated that "There are no guarantees in life." The dealership SHOULD have the code for ANY buyer of this age and low mileage vehicle. I called another dealership and explained what RED WING had said and had the car code by that evening. Worst car buying experience EVER More
Knowledgeable sales Geoff Bruce is the most knowledgable car salesman I've ever worked with. He knows all the features on the Jeep and knows how to explain them. There is stil This was my third visit to address the loss of 4 wheel drive. It was the second visit in a month to replace a broken right front axle. There is still clunking going on in the right front sometimes shortly after shifting to 4HI. When I provided feedback about this problem the service manager basically placed blame on me and my driving without evaluating the symptoms. He seemed to imply that I wouldn't have these problems if I only drove on perfectly dry roads and did not use 4 wheel drive. No xxxx, Sherlock. My opinion is that Ford should take this on as a personal challenge to fix it. Service manager implied that would not be the case. He also said I would have to duplicate the clunking with the tech on board before they would look for a problem. This is an intermittent problem but I have gotten better at duplicating it and will take action to further troubleshoot it since Ford is totally not interested in pursuing it. I expect a repair job to last more than 3 weeks--is that asking too much? Apparently your service manager thinks 3 weeks isn't too bad. More
