A day after leaving the dealership the used car manager called multiple times demanding I call him because they did not fully inspect the car when i was there and had some questions since the had actually looked at the car. I replied quickly and helpfully only to be threatened with legal actions since I did not disclose everything about the car. Even though it is his job to inspect the car before trade in. I tried to stay in contact with multiple people at the dealership only to have nobody help with the process and try to pass the blame along. I tried to call the general manager and he never replied to my calls or messages. This dealership is a prime example of what gives car dealers bad names. More
