First Visit for my Grand Caravan This was my first visit. I brought my 2018 Grand Caravan in to get it's first service just after I purchased the car. Tim Schmid was my advisor. Tim was very friendly, professional and explained the process that would be involved in servicing the car. We live in Missouri and have a cabin in Wisconsin. Based on the visit I plan to continue having the car serviced in Red Wing. Car was on time, and exceeded my needs for the service I wanted. Cost was under what I expected. I really appreciate all. Wonderful as always John "Clem "and Tim were always my go to when visiting the dealership. Since John retired I got an opportunity to work with Ethan. overall terrible experience I've had my vehicle 8 months and have been in to get it serviced at minimum 8 times. The first several times I came in were all for the same issue. I've had my vehicle 8 months and have been in to get it serviced at minimum 8 times. The first several times I came in were all for the same issue. I made appointments, left work to bring my vehicle in, and after several times of bringing it in, they replaced a part they thought may fix the problem, that part had nothing to do with the issue I was having. When my issue persisted I made another appointment, then kept being told to come back, finally I was given a loaner car for mine to get looked at over a period of time, only to get called and said the issue I was having was a "normal" thing for that car...If that is normal why wasn't I told that one of the first several times I came in and why did a part get replaced? Luckily I had a warranty, or I would have been charged for the parts replaced that they thought would fix the problem I was experiencing but in fact did not. Was assured with the warranty that when I brought it in I wouldn't get charged for work done on it, I brought it in for other issues I am still having and was charged for labor and told the warranty only covered parts? Now I'm stuck with a car that won't get fixed and a warranty that apparently doesn't cover what I was told. I still have oil changes paid for through the dealership but I'm not going to get them done here. More
My van has never been serviced at any other dealership. I called to make an appt. for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told they couldn’t do it until the following week. I explained I needed it on Mond I called to make an appt. for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told they couldn’t do it until the following week. I explained I needed it on Monday morning as I had an appointment in Rochester. Later that afternoon Justin called and said, bring it in tomorrow afternoon at 3:45 and we will get it was very impressed with him.
