I work with Brian Hoover he was very professional, courteous, knowledgable and honest. I added alot of accessorys and had to send the truck to the cities to put leather seats in it. This is the second vehicle I have bought from this dealership. I drive 30 miles to go there. While travelling from northwest Iowa, we hit a deer in the middle of Saturday night that disabled our car in the area that House Chevrolet, Stewartville, Mn serves. When we called 911, the state police ha the middle of Saturday night that disabled our car in the area that House Chevrolet, Stewartville, Mn serves. When we called 911, the state police had Greg there within 15 minutes, and he took car and us in to where we could wait for some family to come get us. I checked out their shop and work and decided to have them repair our car. Our insurance company gave a good report of them doing wonderful and timely work. The parts all came on time and they had it all repaired in less time then first thought. We were surprized when they called us that our car was all ready to go. And it is just a beautiful job of repair work. Thanks again to Greg and his crew for making the best of a bad situation for us. I'm writing though to just say what a great experience I have had with your service dept and your manager Pete in particular. I wanted to pass on my impressions dealing with him. The car hasn't needed much but with 12 years and 140,000 miles there are some inevitable things that wear out. Pete has always been great to work with, gets things done quickly and always looks for the solution to get the most cost effective fix without taking short cuts. My most recent experience really highlighted this again. He never tries to over sell, or tack on unnecessaries and takes a common sense approach when deciding what should be done and when. Over 30 years of dealing with cars and motorcycles there are only 2 places I whole heartedly trust the service department. Your is one of them, and Pete is a big part of that. Its so rare and so critically important to a business. That alone is why when its time to buy something new it will be from your group. The same level of customer service goes for the cashiers and other people in your dealership - its rare and I'm sure your proud of it. I don't know what you pay him, but he's worth it and more.
