My only negatives with the sale was the lack of clarity on what was included as free and what is extra cost in regards to On Star. Seems not much is free with On Star when we agreed to the 90 free trial. One other point, and it is not just you, but all dealers that I have dealt with. Hard selling extended maintenance plans. I see no value in paying day one for an extended plan that does not even kick in until after the 3yr factory warranty. And lets face it, if this truck gives me problems during the factory warranty, it is very unlikely I would keep it. Again, Steve did his job and I got what I wanted. Regards Frank and Patti More
