Service manager very unpersonable. Why would you put a service managers desk with his back to the customers.!! tire stem I was so disappointed with my service there. New tire stem and the tire still leaked-- oil changed cost $80.00!!! Isn;t it strange that if they rotated the tire, the different tire on the left front leaked again. 2 tires in same place leaked. Was going to charge me another $40.00 when I had received a message I had a $20.00 credit. I'm just done coming to House-- it;s always a challenge! They sure do not know customer service! More

One very poor experience.....not very Disney I am very disappointed. You remove my engine air filter to inspect it, without permission, find its dirty and then charge me $20 labor to put a new o I am very disappointed. And then when I ask about it the Service Advisor says "nothing I can do about it, it's the way it is". Then I have to ask about the inspection performed to be told "it's all great". So I bbn push further, and explain Its my work truck and I want to catch issues before they're a problem. She then starts to sell me maintenance. I happen to know there are a few issues already present that are mechanical and not maintenance, but my inspection reveals all green, no yellow.....what's the point of telling me you will inspect my vehicle when you are not going to. More
