Bad communication . I originally had my truck Friday and told him I can bring it back on Tuesday and they’re supposed to call me When Warranty got approved. I never . My truck was supposed to be done the next day but wasn’t but it was never notified it won’t be done I had to call him to see if I could come pick it up which at that time was told it won’t be ready until after the holidays. The service person I talked to when I called didn’t seem to know what was going on with my truck. That service person wasn’t Jen . When I went to pay them out was wrong but had I not done the math I would’ve been overcharged by $38. I think the price for an oil change is excessive and whatever wonder how many people are getting overcharged. I spoke to a salesperson Josh Crowell and he was supposed to get me numbers on my truck when I was there being serviced. He was busy when I pick my truck up but never received a callback. More
