Eric the service manager is great I have purchased my new 2016 crew cab from this dealership. It has been serviced there or a gm dealer ever since. I recently had an issue with all f I have purchased my new 2016 crew cab from this dealership. It has been serviced there or a gm dealer ever since. I recently had an issue with all four of the chrome rims starting to flake and peel. My truck is less than 3 yrs old and has 45,000 miles on it. GM did not want to stand behind the wheels and wanted me to pay out of pocket for the new wheels. Eric the service manager went above and beyond for me the customer and got the wheels replaced. Eric is to be commended for the hard work and dedication he puts forth for the customers of House Chevrolet. This is why I am ordering a new 2019 crew cab from this dealership again, will keep coming back and refer people I know to go and get their vehicles at House Chev. I am very pleased with the results I received thanks to Eric. More

Helpful We had several attempts to go to dealership to see car but due to weather had to cancel. They were very understanding and accommodating. They even did a walk thru with me via FaceTime so I could see car since they are 2hours from me. When I finally was able to get there, they had car ready for me to test drive. I was able to talk with service department about the car per my request and they were very helpful. We also talked with Manager about our purchase. Ambria was great keeping in. Contact with me. 2nd time your service center has disappointed me. Went in to get our tires rotated since we bought them there in 2017. Was told that we had 3 bad tires which was caused from a rear upper control arm b Went in to get our tires rotated since we bought them there in 2017. Was told that we had 3 bad tires which was caused from a rear upper control arm bushing that you said needed to be replaced. We took our car to Goodyear for another opinion. We had them put tires on and they had 3 different technicians look at the rear upper control arm and could not see that anything was wrong.. I do not trust your place of business anymore, especially since my tires only had 20,000 miles on them. I will never come back!!!! More
