We were starting out on a trip when a brake line broke in my truck. I called Amanda at 7am and she was very kind and said yes, have it towed in and she would move some things around to get my truck in. Aman my truck. Amanda and Eric in service walked me through a bad situation with my truck and explained in depth what the repair would/could cost and entail given different scenarios that could happen when they started the repair. It was an old truck with a lot of rust damage and other issues that I was unaware of. There was zero pressure for me to make a quick decision about anything and then Amanda hooked me up with a sales rep, Tasha, who also didn’t pressure me at all as we considered repairs vs a purchase. I ended up purchasing a vehicle and now next day I am not having buyers remorse. The dealership is very professional with fair prices. More
