I would never recommend house chèvre in owatonna to anyone! First off when I brought my car in for a recall they never gave me a time on when it would be finished they gave me a loaner vehicle which wa anyone! First off when I brought my car in for a recall they never gave me a time on when it would be finished they gave me a loaner vehicle which wasn’t an in the house Courtesy vehicle rather a rental from enterprise which was initially written down for one week well three days later I had gotten a call from I was saying my vehicle is done and I was on my way to work and they told me that they wouldn’t be able to cover the rental vehicle for any longer because they only pay for it until the service is done I mean mind you I had no warning of when it was going to be done or that the parts were in and I could expect it to be done sometime soonInstead I got charged an extra day for having a vehicle and when I went to return the vehicle it was closed so I brought the rental to House Chevrolet intro getting my car in which they would give me my keys to my car and till I had to return the rental vehicle so I brought the rental vehicle back got a ride back to House Chevrolet Then they finally gave me my keys to my vehiclevehicleThen they finally gave me my keys to my and when I started it it was making a whole bunch of noise which it wasn’t when I brought it there and I didn’t even leave the parking lot went back to House Chevrolet and asked what they had done to my car while it’s running like xxxx and they told me that they would get the paperwork and see what they had done and closed the building shut the lights off ignored me so I was forced to leave with my car running like xxxx I went home change the oil tried contacting Amanda with no luck so I was forced to try and make it to work with my car and I made it from my houseTo ironically in front of House Chevrolet Which is about 4 miles and my motor blew up and the car started on fire I was finally able to contact Amanda and questioned her on what was they had done to my vehicle and she told me that there was underlying issues that I had signed off on and I asked her was my car making a bunch of noise when I drop it off off in which she replied she didn’t know if she didn’t drive it and I was like whoa who was it then that when I got out of the vehicle they got into it and drove it out of the building when I drop it off to have it serviced and she replied with I don’t know what to tell you sir we just worked on the suspension and I said so what is my car making all that noise when I dropped it off and she said there is underlying issues that you had dropped signed off on and I said what I signed up on was that I had the wrong size tires on the vehicle and that I had some damage to the rocker panels in the front bumper and what not nothing about engine noise well when I first talk to her when she told me that I could come pick up my vehicle she told me that she won’t have any of the paperwork done because the recall wasn’t actually out yet and that she didn’t have the paperwork for it well after I got a hold of her and when my car started on fire The next day I had in the mail the paperwork for the recall and the paper that I had signed off on which was hand written only to have engine rattle clearly written by someone else in different writing and writing utensil on the top of the list which was not on there when I signed the paper they are crooked as xxxx and I don’t do it they accuse me of keeping the keys to the rental car and I got a bill for 400 and some dollars for towing fee and having new two new keys made from enterprise I will never use House Chevrolet again nor would I suggest anyone else does everyone I’ve talked to has had nothing but bad things to say about them I only wish I would’ve talked to someone about them prior to using their service now I’m out a car completely because I only had liability insurance and I got a bill from enterprise to top it off no one will even try to talk to me about itThey just avoid the situation they are a joke and Very rude and unprofessional More
