Spending 3-4 hours in a dealership as a sales guy goes back and forth between me and a finance guy and a manager, I alway I usually hate buying cars! Not this time!! This was the easiest car buying experience ever thanks to Toyota Tim Davidson! I told him what I wanted to buy and what I wanted to spend, and left the dealership. Tim text me my options, answered my questions, and rolled with it when I changed my mind 3 times. 👏👏 Via text message we locked in a deal and he had everything ready to go for me when I came back. This time my total time spent sitting in a dealership = about 30 mins. More

We d We recently bought a new vehicle from Hosmer Toyota in Mason City, Iowa as a replacement for one of ours that had been damaged by a hailstorm. We decided to buy a "Toyota" because of its reliability as recognized by "Consumer Reports" and our past experience with that brand name (the last seven vehicles we have owned were Toyota's). We chose the Hosmer dealership because of the people who work there. In particular, Pat Sills - Sales Consultant-, whom we have come to know very well over the years. He was the one person we had decided to do business with even before coming to that dealership because he had impressed us by his product knowledge, professionalism, follow up, and friendliness during the acquisition of a previous vehicle. He is a true gentleman, polite, and well mannered. (And, like us, he is a cancer survivor which created a special empathy between us). We also enjoyed meeting Mr. Jonathan Bryant, the Business Manager, who presented us with loan financing opportunities that were even better (lower APR) than those that we had been pre-approved for. After 15 years of doing business with the dealership, we also know many of the people in the office (Nancy), and the service department (Adam and Steve); and we have met the President of the company, Mr. Jeremiah Hosmer. All treated us right and we remain happy customers. More
