My Dad passed away over 10 years ago, and my 78 year old Mom was now ready to purchase her first car on her own. You can imagine how nervous she was - but she said when she met Tony, she felt a sense of comfort. I have been in many car purchases in the past, and I can also say, this was the best car purchasing experiences I have ever been through. He went through uncovering what it was she was looking for, asked her questions to ensure the vehicle met all of her "must haves" and took his time to ensure he answered all of her questions.
