This is the 3rd vehicle we have leased from Hoselton with Kathy Milazzo as our salesperson. She is so personable and thorough that we have recommended her to our friends. We really like her. This was my first time at Hoselton. My first impression was excelent; they took my name and very quick a sales representative came to see us (I went with my husband). We test drove the car, David explained how everything works and he knew what he was talking about. Went back to his office and the time came to talk about the price of the car. Right there, they offer us a drink, it was a really hot day!!!!! This was our third dealer and we told them what the others had offer us. Not only David matched their prices, we got a better deal at Hoselton!!!! We are very demanding customers and David understood our position. So glad we went to Hoselton!!!! More

I've been buying cars for well over three decades now. Dealing with Hoselton Toyota and specifically Karen Jacob was a very satisfying experience. I've heard all the horror stories before about new car sales. None of those were ever present in my latest deal. I bought a 2012 Corolla S that had just come off a truck. I arrived at the dealership at about 3:30pm; test drove a 'S' model that was on the lot; negotiated with Karen for about 5-10 minutes (one round of negotiations) and we were done. They prepped the "just off the truck" car for customer delivery that afternoon and I came back at 7pm to pick it up. A word of advice to anyone who's ever had a bad deal: Know your numbers; do your homework before you go there. Remember, they're in business to make money. You're not going to get a car for free, but they will listen to reasonable offers. More
