The salesman said they haven't had 2015 for weeks .... But, when I arrived there were no 2015 Camrys. 2016 Camrys were available at a somewhat higher price. More
Poor Service Department I recently had my truck in for its second alternator. I dealt with Paul in the service department who worked hard to try and take care of me. Becaus I recently had my truck in for its second alternator. I dealt with Paul in the service department who worked hard to try and take care of me. Because I modified my Toyota (added a second battery and plow) I was told the extended Toyota Care warranty would not cover the repair. Paul explained that if the vehicle was inspected by the extended warranty people it would be an issue. Paul suggested the modification be removed in the event the vehicle was inspected keeping us all free and clear of issues. We agreed on a price and I thought I had a great deal. Two days later I was notified the vehicle was fixed. I went to the dealership with the full intention of trading in the truck on the spot for a new Chevy 2500HD at Hoselton. I looked under the hood of my Toyota and observed NOTHING had been removed or touched. I paid for the modification to be removed to ensure it could be fixed and traded in. Once I went inside Paul apologized for the issues and said I would be refunded the fee I was charged. Its been more then 2 weeks and I have not gotten my money back. I called the dealership today, waited on hold for an extended period of time, and was told will have to check into the reason your money wasn't refunded. I was also asked about a survey I filled out from Toyota blasting the Service department for attempting to in effect steal from me. Bottom line on this event, to many cooks in the kitchen, and no one willing to take responsibility. More
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER DO NOT GO TO HOSELTON! We were haggled for 4 hours going back and forth regarding prices and they kept coming back saying this is the best deal, this DO NOT GO TO HOSELTON! The customer service is terrible and they are just trying to wheel and deal. The Service Manager hung up on me after having a conversation regarding a deposit refund. All other Toyota dealerships in Rochester are easier to work with than Hoselton! More

Leasing Toyota's at Hostelton is the only way to go I had never leased before, and never had a Toyota before, but my boss referred me to this great company and recommended I give them a try. I am now on my 3rd lease and have become a Toyota and a Hoselton fan. When I was looking for a used car for my daughter, after searching through too many used car lots, and getting very discouraged and skeptical, I decided to call my salesperson at Hostelton, Darryl Jones. He helped me weigh the pros and cons of buying used or leasing new and in her case also, leasing was the best way to go. She drove off the lot with a far better car than I thought I would be able to get her. With the Toyota Care service package and Toyota roadside assistance included in the lease, combined with a very smooth service operation at Hoselton, not only is my car ownership hassle free, but I don't have to worry about my daughter's car either! More

We purchased our 2006 Toyota Tundra from Kathy Milazzo a few years ago. She is great to work with. We went back to Kathy in our search for another vehicle, explained our driving needs and we decided to lease a Toyota Prius Plug-In with her guidance. The whole process was organized, quick (but not rushed) and painless. Kathy is personable, knows her cars and is thorough with the details involved in the transaction of purchase. I am very happy with the Prius Plug-In and the infrequent stops at the gas pump. Many thanks to Kathy at Hoselton. More

We bought a good looking used Nissan Sentra with low mileage from Hoselton Nissan. The next day the car would not start in our driveway. They tried to fix it and when we got it back it would not start t mileage from Hoselton Nissan. The next day the car would not start in our driveway. Contacted the online service at Hoselton Toyota to discuss leasing a car. Spoke to Mike H. Initially he kept asking when I was going to be available to come out. I told him that I live a long distance away and that I preferred to have the details resolved before coming there. He initially was cordial and helpful. I gave him the cars I was interested in. He called me back but had none of the details about the cars I gave him. He said he would get the specifics and call me back which he did. At this point he told me that the Camry was not within the price range I was willing to pay. He then told me that to get the Corolla at the price point I wanted, the only car available was the Stock number in the paper. He then became more and more agitated as I tried to verify the figures to make sure I was correct. Finally he told me he wasn't going to wait for me to check my figures and that if I was interested to call him. He was almost yelling by this time. I couldn't believe this guy is the "face" of the dealership online. He was pushy and rude. He deals with this information everyday and expects the layman to understand it as well as he does. I also felt he had his own agenda in pushing the car that was advertised rather than trying to arrange for the car we wanted. I contacted another Toyota dealer in the area and within an hours time I had worked out a better deal than Hoselton was offering. They were willing to locate the color car I wanted(unlike Mike) and the lease payments were significantly cheaper for the same period of time than what Hoselton was quoting. I had purchased my Malibu at Hoselton thus I assumed they would be a good place to consider. Wrong!! More
