Ripoff!! Bought a car from hoselton in august, it was a great car and a great price. In march (very early for my car to break down within the 7 months I had it Bought a car from hoselton in august, it was a great car and a great price. In march (very early for my car to break down within the 7 months I had it) my car broke down I got it towed to hoselton, the service provider told me I needed a new starter motor and it would be $712.00 plus tax mind you I have a 2011 Hyundai sonata I felt that price was way to much, so I declined and found another mechanic that would fix it for half the price and also tow the car to his shop...... hoselton gave me the hardest time getting the car, they wouldn't call me back to tell me the exact location of the car so that the towing company of the other mechanic would be able to get it on top of constantly calling trying to locate the car they also charged for the diagnostic (which I wasn't surprised because I was going to a different mechanic ) they told me it would be $50 dollars for the diagnostic but when I looked on my bank statement it was actually $55.... I'm sorry I am no longer of Hoselton Nissan, or Toyota. More
Horrible customer service! I will never ever buy a car from this establishment again! True definition of Crooks!!! I bought a brand new 2016 and have had nothing but problems! When we call to complain they promise the world until you are face to face. I have contacted an attorney and hope to get resolve this way! Since doing right by the customer is not an option. They treat us like criminals trying to get something free! How about a car with less than 8k miles not run like crap! All over the Internet talks about issues other customers are having with the same year and model and how their dealers made things right. Not here .. Give us $2500 and we will get you into a new car! What? Never again! You are horrible to work with and should be ashamed that you will not take care of a loyal customer of over 10 years! More

Worst disservice experience ever (zero stars if I could) Worst experience ever: 1. Saturday I called to schedule a service appointment to perform the 2015 airbag inflator module recall on my 2006 Matrix. Worst experience ever: 1. Saturday I called to schedule a service appointment to perform the 2015 airbag inflator module recall on my 2006 Matrix. I called a second time to confirm the part was available, as I had read they were in high demand and many dealers were having a tough time obtaining replacements. I was told there was one in stock and my name was put on it. 2. Monday, the day before my appointment I called to confirm once again, but it was just after the parts department had closed and this service employee could not absolutely say it was available, in fact she suggested it might be backordered and I should call in the morning to check. 3. Tuesday, the morning of the appointment, I called at 7:30 and was told we were good to go. I made the 45 minute drive and checked in, and was told it would take about an hour. Thirty minutes later I get a call from the service manager apologizing that they didn't have the part. That is unacceptable, inefficient, rude, and totally incompetent. I will never go back and I suggest everyone else steer clear as well, unless you don't mind wasting a day chasing something that is promised (3 times!) but non-existent. It really makes me wonder what other miscommunications or downright untruths are going on behind the scenes there. More

Easily turned in a leased Toyota for a new one I have leased and or purchased Toyota trucks from the 3 major Toyota dealers in the Rochester area over the last 10 years and Hoselton is the only one I have leased and or purchased Toyota trucks from the 3 major Toyota dealers in the Rochester area over the last 10 years and Hoselton is the only one that I have returned to for a second vehicle. My current lease was expiring and when I went to Hoselton the sales staff answered my questions, showed me different options from buying out the lease to looking at new vehicles. They had a good selection of inventory and I ended up with the truck of my dreams. More

He has the best interest in the customer when it comes to car buying. The service department as well was very professional and accommodating. The maintenance interval was performed in a timely manner & the entire service staff was friendly & very accommodating. Mark Broncatello in finance is also very accommodating & professional. This is an "A" class dealership. Highly recommended. More

David Muir was the sales consultant I worked with, along with sales manager Nick. Very pleased with the transaction and prices. I was able to negotiate a nice price on the 2 new cars and the trade in. They respected me as a female buyer who had done her car model and pricing research, which unfortunately is not always the case at other dealerships. They also appreciated my past dealership loyalty for Toyota purchases and referrals to family members (6 previous sales). I am a faithful Toyota driver and will continue to do business at Hoselton Toyota...Thank you! More
