Phenominal Core Values Shared Throughout the Dealership I've been a loyal Nissan customer for two years and when it came time to trade in my car, I never once hesitated going back to Sonora Nissan to do so. I've been a loyal Nissan customer for two years and when it came time to trade in my car, I never once hesitated going back to Sonora Nissan to do so. Since my initial visit I've experience nothing short of top notch customer service in all the departments that I've come to need assistance in. Robert Sprouse has set the expectation pretty high for an purchasing advisor. ( Notice, I didn't call him a "salesman", because his demeanor and his knowledgebase ranked him far beyond that.) He listened to my needs and wants, pointed out a few things from my prior purchase to this new purchase and I walked out with a 2015 Altima Special Edition with all the necessary bells and whistles to my absolute liking. Art Juarez in finance was an absolute genius, I had a few hurdles but he made things work and knowing I have a payment that isn't going to burdensome is an instant relief and with the extended warranty I picked up, it's an investment that is going to essentially cover itself. A big thank you to Mr. Manny who from behind the scenes made sure everything was up to par, and it was. Again, thank you gentleman for accommodating my auto needs. Hats off to the Sonora Nissan team for turning out a satisfied & truly grateful customer. More

It is with much trepidation that I started the process of shopping for a new car. After much research, I decided I wanted to purchase a Juke. I love the online chat with car dealers, as you don't have to give your phone number (setting yourself up for months of follow up calls "Hey, you contacted us about blah blah blah car, are you still interested in it?" or "We're having a sale this month, and we can offer you blah blah blah") I started emailing back and forth with Aimee Villa at Sonora Nissan, and was pleased with the prompt, intelligent, factual, non-invasive email responses I was getting. Unfortunately, you can only do so much online, so we have to progress to actually go into the dealership. We elected to drive right in, and Aimee continued to impress us with her customer service skills. Seriously. I can think of at least two other car dealers in town that she could teach lessons to. (Wish I had came here instead of going to both of them on previous purchases, but live and learn.) There was no high pressure sales. There was no "Let me write a number down on a piece of paper and slide it across the desktop face down" like we're passing notes in grade school. There was no elaborate "Let me go ask the manager" song and dance routine every time you asked a question. And while I might have been surly a time or two based on my previous experiences with other car dealers, I was met with professionalism at every turn, and had all my concerns addressed, and dispelled. I have searched the whole experience to find something to grumble about, but am unable. The test drive was fine, the vehicle's features were fulled explained, the financing was what I was hoping for, and the trade in value for my car was better than I expected (Shhhh..don't let them know that). Everyone from Aimee to the Finance guy to the Service guy to the Manager welcomed me to the "Nissan Family", and while I don't really feel like I've been adopted (through no fault of any Nissan employee), I am impressed, pleased, and...perhaps more importantly....am willing to share my experience with others in hope that their experience will be a positive one too. Next time I need a new car, I'm going back. Seriously. More

He answered all our questions and met all our requirements and were very pleased with his personality in taking care of our needs. He was very professional and at the same time very pleasant.
