Frustrating? Prior to a visit to the showroom, we contacted the dealer and expressed interest in a 2015 Juke and wanted to know what the cost of the vehicle was. Prior to a visit to the showroom, we contacted the dealer and expressed interest in a 2015 Juke and wanted to know what the cost of the vehicle was. We were told to stop in, drive, and talk to the sales manager about prices but due to our schedule conflicts, we were not able to do so at that time. Therefore, we kept in contact via phone/e-mail. Finally, we visited the dealer looked at the car, asked for a price, test drove the vehicle, asked for a price, got information and again, asked for a price. The sales manager was with someone else, the sales manager was on the phone, the sales manager was busy so we walked out after spending 2 1/2 hrs waiting for a price. Daisy called us the next day and encouraged us to come back in but was once again hesitant to give us a quote over the phone. When she did, we immediately purchased but spent another 4 1/2 hrs. waiting to bring the vehicle home. Of course, paperwork, but then A key was missing, a key had to be made, financing wait, instructions, but deal done and we LOVE our new vehicle. One of the slowest transactions I have ever experience and Transaction had to be frustrating for Daisy too! More
