On a whim, I went car browsing one day, and walked into the Sonora Nissan dealership. My daughter has driven nissans for many yrs so I thought I'd take a look at the used cars. Juan was great at getting my information processed and approved very quickly! Never had that happen before ever!! Then we were directed to the Finance Manager, Octavio Chacon. He was one honest guy!! He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. He was very efficient in completing the forms and getting it all done in record time. I had the car payment I wanted, with my warranty/gap insurance I asked for. It was awesome service. I really was shocked that I wasn't there for 6 hours, waiting around, like I have experienced at other dealerships. I will definitely recommend your dealership to my family and friends.
