I have been a Nissan customer since 1993 (I bought the very first Altima on the lot). The service department (Lisa, Sabino and the guys) are A+++. As soon as I can afford it (in about a year or so) I will probably purchase a brand new Nissan. My only negative comment is that I only got one key/remote for my purchase and I could really use 2, but can't afford the $300 for it. My parents live with me and they use my car. More
I am a 72 year old widow and had car trouble and wanted to purchase a new car. I checked around and decided on a new 2011 Nissan Marano. Devlyn Fox and Jon (didn't remember is last name) were extremely to purchase a new car. I checked around and decided on a new 2011 Nissan Marano. Devlyn Fox and Jon (didn't remember is last name) were extremely helpful in explaining all the details that went with the car. Nothing was too much trouble to explain to me how everthing works and at my age it sure was their positive attitude that helped me to make a decision to purchase a car from them. I was impressed when they explained there service dept and how it operates, took me on a tour of the shop, nothing was too much trouble for them to take their time explaing it all to me. I was even more impressed with the selling price I immediately purchased the car. Mr. Fox came to my home today, programed my phone, CD, garage opener, etc. I Love my new Marano. I would certainly recommend the Nissan Dealership in Yuma to all my relatives, friends, etc. I know if I have any more questions they will be their to help this little old lady in Yuma, Az. I love the Nissan Juke. I did not buy when they first came out in October of 2010 and made a better deal on this car with more amenities. I was referred to Sonora Nissan and Develyn Fox by a mutual friend. Develyn worked non-stop to accommodate both, our upside down trade-in, and our new vehicle needs. We eventually bought a 2010 Nissan V mutual friend. Develyn worked non-stop to accommodate both, our upside down trade-in, and our new vehicle needs. We eventually bought a 2010 Nissan Versa and we are completely satisfied with the vehicle, the service Nissan provided, and will absolutely return for our next vehicle. Ivan was referred to me by a relative that had recently bought a new vehicle at Sonora Nissan. Considering the trust I have with my relative, I though, without a doubt, the salesperson must be good. And sure enough, Ivan exceeded my expectations in general. We walked into the dealership with my research on-hand as far as what vehicle my wife and I wanted. Ivan received my research with open hands and was willing to work with me. As far as quality of work and friendliness, I felt like we were part of the staff. Ivan, the finance officer and the manager treated me and my wife with delicacy and respect. Not once did we feel pressured into buying anything, and that was a major PLUS. Being pressured into buying has been my experience with other dealerships in or out of town. Ivan was there for us at any time of the day whether he was on or off duty. My wife and I called him occasionally with questions and he never ignored our calls. Then came the time to talk about numbers; I had a price, which was well below the sticker price, which I had settled with after doing my research. The first offer Ivan made was better than what I had in-mind and definitely better than what other Nissan dealerships in the southwest had offered. So my wife and I decided to purchase. Sonora Nissan was great to work with. I wanted no muss no fuss and that is just what I got. I didn't want to sit around and haggle. I knew what I wanted for my trade. I knew what I wanted to pay. When I called and told Danny I was coming to test drive. He had four diffrent cars waiting for me to test drive. He didn't come with me, which was a plus so I was able to check out the vehicals the way I wanted. I went to another dealership in Riverside, Ca. and they could not match the deal that Sonora Nissan was giving. I check the True Market Value on Edmonds.com and the deal they gave me was about $1000.00 below true market value. I am very happy with the service and deal I recieved. A side note: the service department at Sonora Nissan is great to work with. I only come in two or three times a year and they know me by name. They are always cheerful and great to work with. I used to go to Walmart for my oil change but once I started going there I kept coming back. More
I had a good experience at Sonora Nissan. I was given my space and never felt like i had hawks waiting to catch their pray. When i was ready to talk to some one about the car i wanted, Ivan was right there space and never felt like i had hawks waiting to catch their pray. Nice response to phone calls and questions. Show room was clean and nice. Great hours and availability. I returned to purchase another Nissan strictly because Lisa in the service department is so great to w clean and nice. Great hours and availability. Lisa has a great reputation in Yuma as fair and customer friendly. Wish the price was more flexible, especially since I had cash and not a trade-in.
