Devlyn was very friendly and helped get me my vehicle. It was a decision between two vehicles the 2011 Juke and the 2011 Altima 2.5S. They did not have a Juke in but he said he would call me and i would be the first to drive it. He was true to his word and after we drove the vehicle we went and tried to figure out a price. He was very helpful but the Juke was not in my price range however, the altima was and got me a good deal. Came the following day to turn in my non resident form and i told them about scratches i found on my car and Manuel Rodriguez helped me get a free detail to fix the problem and threw in a free tank of Gas. I would reccomend anyone needing a car to this dealership. More

Being my first car purchase, he really made me feel very calm and comfortable. He did not come off strong and pushy, as you see in most dealers (as I saw it in Toyota Dealership earlier that day before I went to Sonora Nissan). He gave me my space when I needed it and treated me with respect. If I decide in the future that I want to buy another Nissan, it is because of David that I will be back to Sonora Nissa in Yuma and only deal with him. More

I have to say that this Dealer was one if not the best I have dealt in years, I have had pretty bad experiences with other dealers in Yuma, I went to 3 dealears and none returned my call even if it was to have dealt in years, I have had pretty bad experiences with other dealers in Yuma, I went to 3 dealears and none returned my call even if it was to say " sorry but your credit was not good", they all ran my credit without letting me know. Sonora was very friendly, i did not feel pressured or ignored, very professional, no foul language. the other dealer most of them talked using bad words, as if we were "homies" or something. any ways, Nissan dealer Mr. Luis V was great. really appreciate his time he took in listening to my needs and was considerate towards my time that i had. I really recommend these guys, they are honest and real! More

We've had an Altima for over 5 years and LOVED it; so when we got some information on the new Altima's, it was only natural to deal again with Sonora Nissan. I was particularly short on time the Saturda when we got some information on the new Altima's, it was only natural to deal again with Sonora Nissan. I was particularly short on time the Saturday morning I went in; Mr. Fox met me promptly as prearranged, and after just a few questions knew what to show me. He very knowledgably (and quickly but patiently) reviewed the various options and packages, then gave me the brochures to look at and share with my husband when I got home; and I was able to leave with all the information I needed in plenty of time for my appointment - and without feeling pressured. When the 2 of us returned on Monday, Mr. Fox was again extremely helpful; answered all our questions, patiently waited while I vasilated on colors!, then quickly got another car from a different lot for me to test drive. Once I'd decided on the package and color, he could see how much trouble my husband was having with his bad back, and went out of his way to get him a comfortable chair and hurry the process along. But due to new computer-generated and necessary paperwork, it was a long wait. He'd heard us mention that only a year or so earlier, my husband had gotten a used Rogue; and while we were waiting on the paperwork, he brought around a new Rogue to help take my husband's mind off his pain and the delays. Mr. Rodriguez happened to walk by and REMEMBERED my husband from that prior sale; stopped to visit and offered us sodas or water. The whole experience was more like being with friends than doing business! Mr. Fox called us within an hour of our return home to see how the drive had been and apologized for any extra back pain my husband may have suffered while waiting. The next day, he even drove out to our house with one of the new Rogues so that my husband could look at more closely. Thanks to his sensitivity and having gone "the extra mile", one week later we are the proud and very satisfied owners of 2 new Nissans! Thanks guys!! More
