Went for service,looked at new vehicles while waiting. We have purchased between 10 to 14 vehicles from this Dealeship over the years due to the exceptional attitudes of the personal and the willingness to go out of their way to make the sale. Over the years I have mainly dealt with Jan, Manny and Lisa but have dealt with other salesmen with the same professional attitudes. My previous purchase in September with Ivan was also a pleasure and he continues to check on my satisfaction with the vehicle and if there is anything that I may have a concern or need. I was looking for a Nissan Sentra so I went to Sonora Nissan. When we got there we were greeted rather quickly. Luis Valenzuela was our sales person. He explained the whole process as it went with the sale. He followed through afterwards to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I am very happy with the car, it was in great condition and is great on gas, I have no complaints about it. It is refreshing to have gone through this purchase with such a dedicated employee who cares about his customers. He asked us if we wanted anything to drink, my partner and I asked for something and he went out and bought it for us, its that kind of dedication that made it a very enjoyable place to be. Whenever someone asks me where I got my car I tell them where and I also tell them that if they go they should go directly to Luis. We could not be happier. More
