This is the second car I have purchased from Sonora Nissan and Danny Munoz. I still am amazed that such a quality dealership and such stellar salesmen exist in the auto industry. I have had my sights set on a Nissan Rogue and just happened to see 2 of them listed in the used car sales lot. I came in (after hours) and took my test drive and fell in love with the car. Danny remembered me from two years ago and knew that exactly how I operated. He asked my range and came back fairly quickly with a rate and payment exactly what I was looking for. They extended themselves after hours to ensure I got what I wanted at the price I wanted. The contract was signed and I left with my dream car. Fast forward two days and I receive a call from Octavio Chacon informing me that another offer had come in at a lower finance rate. AMAZING!! I had already signed a deal so they had no obligation to inform me that a better one was out there, but in true Sonora Nissan fashion the customer came first. I came in signed my new deal and just like that my car payment went down 50 bucks and my APR went down over 3%. What more can I say? He helped us switch the car seats each time we switched cars and never did we see displeasure, in fact he would encourage us to test as many as we wanted. when we finally decided. Danny went on his day off to deliver the car to us, in fact he even picked the car from our house to take it to get the windows tinted. Danny munoz IS NOT your typical sale and forget salesman.
