This is the second car I have purchased from Sonora Nissan and Danny Munoz. I still am amazed that such a quality dealership and such stellar salesmen exist in the auto industry. I have had my sights set on a Nissan Rogue and just happened to see 2 of them listed in the used car sales lot. I came in (after hours) and took my test drive and fell in love with the car. Danny remembered me from two years ago and knew that exactly how I operated. He asked my range and came back fairly quickly with a rate and payment exactly what I was looking for. They extended themselves after hours to ensure I got what I wanted at the price I wanted. The contract was signed and I left with my dream car. Fast forward two days and I receive a call from Octavio Chacon informing me that another offer had come in at a lower finance rate. AMAZING!! I had already signed a deal so they had no obligation to inform me that a better one was out there, but in true Sonora Nissan fashion the customer came first. I came in signed my new deal and just like that my car payment went down 50 bucks and my APR went down over 3%. What more can I say?
