Not knowing that we qualified for the VPP program, we were advised to check into it and saved us a great deal up front. The service department is a pleasure to work with. The first Nissan we had never seemed to be fixed right from 2 different dealers. We brought it to Sonora, and never had another issue. Do to that experience, we have bought the last two Nissan Altimas from them. Can't give them enough praise. A dealership like this is few and far between. More

Back in June, my husband and I were in search of a better vehicle for our family. Right from the start, Ivan was very friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. He was able to match us with the 2013 Altima based upon our needs and knew all the ins-and-outs of this vehicle that was getting ready to come out in July. We were then able to select and hold the right 2013 Altima for us. As we waited for the arrival of our car, Ivan was consistent in contacting us about updates. There was a hiccup in the arrival of our Altima, but this issue does not reflect on Ivan or this dealership -- this was a corporate issue. Ivan and the dealership worked hard to work with the corporate office to figure out where our vehicle was during transit. The one outstanding point that stands out in the excellent service I received from Ivan and the dealership was when another 2013 Altima came in that had the same options I wanted. Ivan immediately put a "hold" on it for me so that I could see if this Altima would be a fit for me. He was under no obligation to let me know about this car and I thought it showed that my business was valued and that I wasn't another number. As luck would have it, this car WAS the PERFECT fit for our family and Ivan and dealership continued the awesome service I already received and gave us a great deal on this vehicle as well as a smooth transaction that included the trade-in of my old car. Now that the car is in my possession, Ivan is still in contact to ensure that I'm 100% satisfied in every way. Thank you Ivan for a very positive experience!
