Service absolutely sucks. Took my 2011 Nissan Armada to the their service department on 3 different occasions within days of each occasion for the same problem. The first time Took my 2011 Nissan Armada to the their service department on 3 different occasions within days of each occasion for the same problem. The first time I was told the oil level was low and that was what was causing the service engine light and OBD Code P0340 to be flagged. They topped off the oil and said their diagnostic machine found no issues. A few days later the service engine light comes back on. Same OBD Code. I looked it up, determined which part the code was saying was bad and changed the sensor. Still didn't fix the issue because the service engine light came back after personally installing the camshaft position sensor. Took it back to the service department, and they claimed the aftermarket sensors I installed were bad or out of tolerance and they changed them and said there were no other issues. Drove the vehicle home and the service engine light came back on. Checked the OBD codes and it was the same P0340. When I looked closer at the service receipt I noticed a statement that said could not duplicate of detect any issues reported by the customer, changed camshaft position sensor to appease customer. Upon complaining that the car was still not fixed, it was towed back to Nissan. I had to continually call the service department to get updates, as they did not call to advise of the status. After a week I was told I needed a new engine. When I told them I wanted the vehicle put back together because I decided to wait to have the engine replaced. I asked for the car to be made ready to drive off the lot back to my residence, no call to tell me it was ready. Had to call to get the status before coming to retrieve the car. When I got there, was not greeted, was summarily handed the keys and told it was at the end of the parking lot. Was not told what was done to the car was not given any service records of any kind. When I went to start the car it would not start. No one from the service department came out to check to make sure everything was ok. No offer to help get the car started. Car has a dead battery, had to pull myself, and take to another auto parts store to get replaced and the car still won't start. Very disappointed in the customer service recieved. More
