After Horne took over, or at least the name change, this dealership has gone downhill. And Both Horne locations are like this. They refuse to schedule loaner vehicles and never have them available, when sch dealership has gone downhill. And Both Horne locations are like this. They refuse to schedule loaner vehicles and never have them available, when scheduling appointments will bring them back sooner as well as allow people to know they will be able to get their routine maintenance done, instead of having to call constantly or stop by to see if a loaner is available. This makes it incredibly hard to get work done, or especially have windshields replaced which require a dealer camera calibration after completion. I have spoken to the General manager Kim and they were very very rude about it and just said theres nothing they are willing to do and went on about paying over msrp for a vehicle for their wife, but "they dont upcharge," they just "add dealer options and charge you for the extra value". After my prepaid service contract is done, I will be happily taking by business elsewhere and not returning to buy or have any work done on my car. I love Mazda vehicles, but the Horne name left a sour taste in my mouth. More

I don’t plan on returning here due to lack of communication and transparency on services I would be charged for.
