Prior to my most recent service visit my rating would hav been a 5 star...but, this most recent 13,000 mile service (1.6 hrs) cost $192.00 labor charge. That seems an extraordinary rate in excesses of $100 been a 5 star...but, this most recent 13,000 mile service (1.6 hrs) cost $192.00 labor charge. Third visit back for an ongoing issue as well as a tire replacement. Problem still not solved for my issue having to do with safety. Was quoted a wait time of an hour to an hour and a half and waited well replacement. Problem still not solved for my issue having to do with safety. Was quoted a wait time of an hour to an hour and a half and waited well over three hours. I have a new tire, but safety issue still ongoing and it’s concerning it’s not taken more seriously. Was recommended that I change my battery to stop my car from turning on brake assist which is causing my cars brakes to lock up in unusual instances where it’s not necessary. Note: I was told on multiple occasions my tire was under warranty for three years. Purchased March of 2021, but was told I no longer was eligible to use warranty as it had been over one year. So I had to pay for a new tire. More
