Purchased a 2022 CX 5 on Feb 19 2022. Sales person AJ and me (my wife included!) agreed that Roof Rack Cross Bars we’re included in purchase contract (verbally). Sales Manager Johnnie Sanders became involved in the process. He denied the agreement, A multi million dollar auto dealership denying an agreement a customer a part worth $200 .00. Gen. Sales Manager Johnnie is obviously not interested in establishing long lasting customer relationships. I will be following up with letter to the Better Business Bureau and Mazda Corp in Mlleaukee, Wi. A dealership mission statement.... integrity, honesty, and customer is number one. Not so with Mr. Sanders. So sad he became involved in the process. But....as they say finalize the contract and get the automobile off the property. More

We drove by to check out new 2022 Mazda CX-5 after work. I immediately noticed Horne Mazda don't have people outside waiting for you to pull up so they can fight over who gets your sale. I was finally approached by Jay and the first thing she asked was if I had any questions and I had plenty. She answered all of my questions and doubts with honesty, I immediately noticed that she was different as a salesperson because she didn't pushed me to test drive a vehicle or once ask me to come inside and talk and look at numbers. She made me and my girlfriend feel completely comfortable, we both felt welcomed. This Mazda dealership is not doing any dealer markup and in this crazy car market right now that's a huge plus.their service was great and very friendly. David was also helpful, friendly and him and Jay were very respectful towards us. We purchased a new CX-5 Preferred in machine grey. It has honestly been a very good vehicle so far. We are happy with our purchase and would go back and buy from them again. Thank you Jay and David and also Horne Mazda. More

Overall the service is very good, however there was a tired special going on that I was not told about. It wasn't until I got home and started to research that I discovered the "Buy 3, get 1 for $1" spe tired special going on that I was not told about. The service managers should be informed so they can tell the client and save time for everyone concerned. More
