I have been visiting Horne Kia for over a year now for service. Still a fantastic experience every time. I love my Kia, and Jesse in the service department makes it even better! Jesse and an un-named t service. Still a fantastic experience every time. I love my Kia, and Jesse in the service department makes it even better! Jesse and an un-named technician took care of a small issue with the car and kept me informed perfectly. Very attentive and informative. Would highly recommend! And although I didn't plan on buying a new car, Al in sales was great to talk to, and not too pushy at all. More
Service Center I would recommend buying a Kia from Horne, I have 3 Kia cars. BUT their service center is absolutely horrible. They will waste your time promising they can do service on your KIA but they are unable. Twice I have reviewed what I needed with the service rep (Johnny, Jason, Josh) made an appointment, only to find out they can't perform the services. You are better off taking your KIA to another location for service, Horne Kia will waste your time. More
Second Service on my new Kia I was able to book a next day appointment for my 15,000 mile service visit - even though it was the 4th of July weekend. I was helped by Jonny Riberio, who was patient, helpful and cheerful in spite of the place being very busy. Jonny explained to me exactly what all would be included in this visit, how long it would take, called and sent a text once my car was completed. I also appreciate that they wash your car after service - mine really needed that as much as anything! Thank you, Jonny :) More
This was my first visit for service at Horne Kia and it was 5 Star! A year ago my wife and I sold our Mercedes and moved into a Kia Telluride. First off the telluride is an amazing vehicle, but the servic was 5 Star! A year ago my wife and I sold our Mercedes and moved into a Kia Telluride. First off the telluride is an amazing vehicle, but the service at Horne Kia is hands down better than the service at the local Mercedes dealership. Both Mike’s and Josh were extremely helpful not only with our service needs but with some of our warranty issues. I will be honest I was a little nervous because my experience with other departments at this location was not great when I dealt with them a year prior, but based on my service experience I will give them another shot next time I am in the market for a new Kia. Service Department continues to decline I have taken my Kia Soul to this dealership on many occasions. Around four years ago, when I first started going here, the customer service in the Ve I have taken my Kia Soul to this dealership on many occasions. Around four years ago, when I first started going here, the customer service in the Vehicle Service Department was outstanding; consistent and courteous every time. The past two years, however, they cannot seem to get it together. I've tried several times to bring my car in for basic services and maintenance, and have had appointments changed, cancelled, or "lost." They offer a shuttle service that never seems to be working, and their prices, by comparison, are a bit ridiculous. I have made my last attempt at an appointment with this dealership. I scheduled to get a recall taken care of three days ago, and indicated I needed the shuttle in the online booking tool. It allowed me to make the appointment and schedule the shuttle. ON MY WAY IN to the appointment this morning,, 15 minutes before I was due to arrive, I received a call that the shuttle was not running "during this time." I had to cancel my appointment because I was relying on the shuttle they offered and did not make other arrangements. I do not understand why they waited until the last minute to inform me, but it was the last straw in a series of poor customer service situations and I won't even try to go back. I'll go to Scottsdale instead. I hope someday they regain their polished customer service. More

I have a replacement engine and was told that the turbo was replaced at that it was a new part. This was not true it was a used turbo from the warehouse. It has failed.
