Sadly, By far the worst service Dept to take a KIA to get serviced. Money hungry place. TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WOMAN! Horrible service dept. PLEASE DO NOT EVEN TAKE YOUR KIA HERE TO BE SERVICED ! On the 13th of this month I took my car here to get ONLY RECALLS done on my car. DROVE my car there with no problems & had my car towed back home, never a heads up from the dealer, that my car was no longer starting. Car is no longer in a running condition. The service manager, Andre as well as Mike Zaccardo , kept speaking to me like I never had a car in the state of Arizona and they both stressed that it was my battery and I should start there to ”save me some money. And as I love how Andre states “if I even have a warranty on my battery” not knowing I purchase top notch batteries 🤣 on top of that just purchased my battery 2 months ago. I did take my battery back to car quest and have my battery tested and it tested GOOD right away and the tech stated my car should have no troubles starting with this battery in your car. The problem is still a mystery as this Kia service dept won’t take my car back to see what they screwed up on , they want to charge me a tow fee and a $200 diagnostic fee to see what’s wrong with my car that NO LONGER STARTS UP after I DROVE MY VEHICLE THERE MYSELF RUNNING PERFECTLY FINE. Mike also did a WALK AROUND MY CAR WHEN DROPPING OFF THE VEHICLE AS THIS IS PROTOCAL AND TESTED MY BATTERY AND IT PASSED AS WELL . 🤔🤔😩😢😢😢❤️🩹❤️🩹 More

One of the worst experiences I have ever had to date when servicing my car. Scheduled appt before Christmas for basic service, a recall fix and my airbag light was on. Appt was on Dec 28. After waiting a cou servicing my car. Scheduled appt before Christmas for basic service, a recall fix and my airbag light was on. Appt was on Dec 28. After waiting a couple hours for car I was told the recall part was out of stock. Why this wasn't ordered and ready when I came in I have no clue but they said it was coming from LA and would be here in a few days and they would call and reschedule another appt. They also said my airbag light would be fixed with the recall part (fuse box) but that is actually not the case. I asked if my airbag would deploy if I get in an accident before I come back for service and they would not answer that question. They also said it would take too long to look at airbag light so they will look at it when I return. After not hearing back I tried calling the service dept and couldn't get a live person. Finally called back again after 14 days because I got a letter in the mail from the GM stating that I will be receiving a survey from Kia and if you are not happy please call me. Upon calling and asking for Josh (GM) no one would let me talk to him about my situation. Do not believe the responses you see here saying the Owner/GM Josh B. wants to speak with you, THEY WON"T LET YOU TALK WITH HIM!!!! I finally was able to speak to Konner Totty who listened to my story and assured me someone would be calling me. 24 hours later I have heard nothing! I'm driving around a car that has no working airbag system and not safe to drive and since my visit my heater is constantly on and cannot shut off (assuming due to fuse box issue?). Something is drastically wrong at this location that something like this can happen. I have 5 Kia's in my family and will be searching for another location to service my cars moving forward. More

Bought a 2018 Kia Forte from another dealer in Mesa last summer. The trunk release by the driver seat has never worked. Only way to open the trunk was using the key fob. Last week I went to close the t summer. The trunk release by the driver seat has never worked. Only way to open the trunk was using the key fob. Last week I went to close the trunk and it would not close. Something was now wrong with the latch. I called Horne Kia and they were able to give me an appointment the next day. Their service department was awesome! Many thanks to Josh Kirby, my service advisor. Helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to see that everything was taken care of. The trunk release, inside trunk release, and a recall issue were all taken care of. Left with my car clean and everything taken care of. If you need service at Horne Kia, ask for Josh! More
I am new to AZ...Josh Kirby was the gentleman who assisted me with my appointment...excellent service, minimal wait, and I felt Josh made the proper suggestions for optimal care of my new vehicle..he assisted me with my appointment...excellent service, minimal wait, and I felt Josh made the proper suggestions for optimal care of my new vehicle..he was very friendly and kind.I will definitely be back to Horne Kia in the future for all my car care. Absolutely fantastic service! Took my car to Mark Kia and was told nothing was wrong. Horne Kia actually inspected my car and fixed the problem.
