If I could rate this car dealership with zero stars, I most certainly would. My initial contact was with Mr. Justin Hack, and I should have heeded the warnings from some of the reviews I had read about th most certainly would. My initial contact was with Mr. Justin Hack, and I should have heeded the warnings from some of the reviews I had read about this dealership. First and foremost, his communication leaves much to be desired. You start working with him for a few days, and then he inexplicably hands you off to someone else, only to avoid you when you submit a credit application and get passed along to another person you don't even know. It's frustrating because you build trust in him, and then he vanishes without explanation. This experience was highly unprofessional. Enter the Internet Director Manager, AL Burton, who gets involved and proves to be even worse than Justin. As someone who values customer service and honesty, I provided Justin with details about my trade, even getting it appraised by their office, and they provided me with numbers, fully aware of the negative equity in my car. I was trying to get out of my current vehicle, and Justin told me that the EV6 had a magical $12,000 rebate that would cover my negative equity, which they knew about before running my credit. However, after that, they take days to respond, leaving you in the dark. I've purchased many cars in the past, and no one has treated me as poorly as this dealership. After a conversation with AL yesterday, he insisted that I come in to get a car, but I refused until the financing was finalized and the deal was secured. Then today, I received a call from Justin Hack with a rude tone, essentially telling me my credit is subpar, and the way he communicated with me was utterly disrespectful. His condescending tone was not appreciated, and it was clear he did not value my time or my concerns. I invested a significant amount of time speaking with Justin and this dealership, only for Justin to inform me that the General Manager's stance contradicted what AL had told me just the day before regarding my deal and the ability to work with my credit scores. They lied, ran my credit, and treated me poorly. I would strongly advise against dealing with Horn Kia. I will never recommend this dealership to my family or friends. I am a strong believer in reviews, and I will make sure to share my experience with everyone. As human beings, we are raised to treat others with respect. It's perplexing that I can secure a loan from Mercedes and Lexus under the same circumstances but not with Kia. Be cautious when dealing with this place, and I hope my experience was not influenced by racial bias, as I am prepared to escalate the matter to the Better Business Bureau if necessary. More

Can someone please call me back-bought new 2023 K5-back window defective- went in for repair waited 5.5 hours. Came home AND when I tried the window it is NOT WORKING again. Called and Called- they have no window defective- went in for repair waited 5.5 hours. Came home AND when I tried the window it is NOT WORKING again. Called and Called- they have not called back. Another issue in which we have been waiting months for them to get the part in was due to a parking sensor bracket . Called them and found out that they had the part- but no one called us. Now we're waiting for a call back and it has already been a week. PLEASE CALL DAWN OR CHARLES HOLMES CAN YOU PLEASE CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS AFTER THE SALE ALSO? YOU HAVE OUR NUMBER.
