We walked into Horne Kia expecting a similarly bad experience as we had had at two other Kia dealerships, one in Tempe and the other was Camelback Kia. We had decided to buy a Toyota if this deal went south because we were so fed up. The car buying experience just has to change! Happily, the experience at Horne was not bad at all. The staff conducted themselves professionally and we appreciated their straightforwardness. They did not try to make us feel like idiot losers the way Camelback Kia did. The price was a little higher than what we had been offered elsewhere, but the customer service was so much better at Horne we went with them. There is NO good reason to sit and take insults to your intelligence from saleskids when you can get a competitive price, while in a positive environment, from the people at Horne Kia. More

Terrible, ongoing, experience leasing an almost 40,000 dollar 2014 Kia Sorrento. We drove it for 2 weeks and then it was out of service for over 30 days. Vehicle had a severe engine oil leak that requir dollar 2014 Kia Sorrento. We drove it for 2 weeks and then it was out of service for over 30 days. Vehicle had a severe engine oil leak that required a new engine to fix. Additional mechanical breakdowns forced more repair work after that. Dealer personnel and Kia corporate representatives were completely unhelpful and unwilling to take vehicle back or replace with another, brand new Sorrento. I am not willing to keep a new vehicle with so many problems. Kia corporate offered 'hush money' to keep the problem quiet but I am forced to take legal action and file a claim with the Arizona Lemon Law and Better Business Bureau. More

I went into Horne Kia very desperate. Both of my old cars broke down and were beyond repair. Finances are very tight. From the minute I stepped out of my car I was greeted with a friendly sales person. He showed me the Kia Soul, the car I was interested in and had Floyd take over and start the ball rolling for me to bu with a friendly sales person. Floyd tried what he could but I still could not qualify and had to go home without a new car. I was heart broken and had to start looking for used cars. To my surprise Chris called me when I got home and said he wanted to earn my business and he would work through the next day and try to fit me with one of Hornes used vehicles. Again they did not have a good match for me and the interest rates are high on used cars. BUT the amazing thing Chris did do for me is he got with the financial guy and together they were able to put me in a brand new Kia Rio with a good interest rate and a payment I could manage. This diligent the hard working staff of Horne showed me they cared about earning peoples trust and showed me they cared when I felt left out in the cold. Today I would highly recommend everyone give Horne Kia a visit and see what they will do for you. More
