Jose Gandara called back to schedule the update that same afternoon, and sure enough, he was ready with details and explained the ECU upgrade, plus he also found a recall to replace the Inhibitor Switch. So, with two updates/upgrades on the docket, Jose coordinated both actions and ensured the work was completed while I waited...and quicker than estimated, to boot! Great customer service; thanks to Mr Gandara. More

We purchased an electric vehicle and they did everything in their power to get the car charged and ready for us. Honestly, they went above and beyond to ensure that we had adequate equipment for the vehicle. We were able to ask questions and received knowledgeable answers. If they didn’t know the answer right then, they researched it and within minutes had an accurate answer. The energy of both Kylor and Barbara was fantastic. They seemed just as excited about the vehicle as we did and that was greatly appreciated. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle from a place that puts all the information right out there for you honestly (no issues they are trying to hide), and allows you time to make your decision (doesn’t rush you into an answer), we recommend this dealership and seeing Barbara and Kylor. Once they get their sale, you're no longer worth their time. Please do not do business with this company! My experience with Kia has been an absolute nightmare. When I originally bought my car from here in 201 Please do not do business with this company! My experience with Kia has been an absolute nightmare. When I originally bought my car from here in 2012 it was an ok experience at best. The usual “Let me talk to my manager…” then hiding in a room for a minute before coming back with a new offer. I didn’t receive the offer I was originally promised, but I purchased the vehicle anyway. Big mistake. This year, my Sorento engine completely failed. The only way to get a new one was through the dealership. This is where the nightmare begins…I have waited FOUR MONTHS for a new engine because so many Sorento engines have died. Many had been recalled, but for some reason they have left many of us Sorento owners of this recall. We were told ours would be replaced on goodwill because it “wasn’t involved in the recall”. How do you explain an engine completely failing in 6 years that has been well taken care of otherwise? After no communication from the dealership (mainly Andrae Hickmon) or Kia consumer affairs and promise after promise of trying to get us a rental car, we finally got our Sorento back. One month later, we’re back. This engine has failed, too. They’re refusing to get us a rental again and we have no idea when we’ll ever get our car back. Kia keeps dodging our calls, telling us that upper management is nowhere to be found, and consumer affairs never returns our calls. We have been treated so disrespectfully and our car is basically being held hostage. They even made us pay for a new battery after it died from rotting in their lot for four months. Now I expect they’ll want us to pay for another new battery four months from now. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. More
