Upon almost leaving, putting off getting into a new ride as I had done many times prior, Kylor & Blake made me a deal I wasn't willing to walk away from. The wait time for finalization was lengthy, but Blake was good with acommodations & reassurance. Even conversed with my 14 yr old son, which is difficult for most! Thank you:) More

We saw it online, chatted the dealership and then called, both cases were told it was on the lot. We spoke with Chris who we stressed, to make sure it was on the lot. He said yep it is here and available. We got in the car and were there within 15 minutes. Upon arriving Barbara comes out and tells us they only had 2 and one was sold the day before and the other earlier in the morning. Perhaps they need some help with software to manage their inventory for their internet sales group. Very misleading and a waste of our time. They we get told we should pre-order from a dealer we want to do business with...uh great idea....won't be Horne Kia for sure. Chris wasted our time, we are buying one of the most expensive cars Kia sells, perhaps these folk, aren't used to this kind of clientele, but I suggest you get it in order. If you aren't in Gilbert, I'd go to one of the other dealers in the valley, if you are in Gilbert, I'd go to one of the other dealers in the valley. More
Finance dude Wayne is a LIAR & a SNEAK! I bought my car in Dec 2018, I asked the dealership to only run my credit once. When I went to sign my paperwork in the finance dept, Wayne assured me I bought my car in Dec 2018, I asked the dealership to only run my credit once. When I went to sign my paperwork in the finance dept, Wayne assured me my credit was pulled only once. LIAR! I just checked, I have no less than 7 inquires on my credit report on this same day. Wayne also signed me up for BS life insurance, in case I die then my car loan is paid in full. Wayne didn’t ask if I wanted it, he just SNUCK in the paperwork, I signed it. I found out by accident I had this extra change added to my loan, due to the life insurance company reaching out to me. More

The old car sale game all the way around I recently made an appointment to test drive a Kia Sportage. I made it clear before coming in that I was beginning to look at SUVs and had several in I recently made an appointment to test drive a Kia Sportage. I made it clear before coming in that I was beginning to look at SUVs and had several in mind. I was contacted no fewer than 8 times before my appointment so I felt they were a little "pushy" but I still decided to go test drive. The sales person (Darrell) was very nice and showed me a car he had selected and while I liked it the numbers had to work. He and I did the test drive and we sat down to chat. I did like the care but it sat a little lower to the ground then I wanted. Once Darrell and I spoke, he left the cubicle and came back with Matt who started to talk numbers. His numbers were so out of range and budget and just didn't make any sense given the price of the car. He also 'lowballed' my trade. I don't think he realized I could read all the numbers on his worksheet. The lowball trade offer (I got a better offer from Carvana) and inflated interest rate were insulting and I decided to walk away. While I was on my way out the door, I was offered $10000 off the purchase price. I really despise when anyone plays this type of game. Give me your best price up front, don't play games and be honest... While Darrell was great to work with, Matt blew the deal. Matt tried to tell me I would pay the same the Toyota I was also interested in (he had no way to know that) More

She was kind, sincere and very knowledgeable of her products. She had the exact car we were looking for at the price we wanted to pay and the whole buying experience went very smoothly. I will be looking for another Kia for another grandson in 10 months and will seek out Roxana. The present car is out of state where our grandson goes to college so I can't comment on Horne Kia's service department.
