I fell in love with the car that I wasn't on planning to purchase. I was just driving around and at the previous dealer, Hyundai, I sat in the lobby for 30 minutes and no one asked if I was helped. They all walked passed me like I was a ghost! Then when I was greeted by Tim Hacker at Kia, I knew they were in good business. They went out of their way to give me what I wanted! I got to drive the Kia Niro Touring off the floor and they made arrangements to get 2 of the cars I traded in! I recommend Horne Kia in Gilbert to anyone wanting to buy a car and Kia is the best of all hybrids! More

Knowing that our situation was unique and challenging most would not have do This guy is what all car salesman/managers should model themselves after. Knowing that our situation was unique and challenging most would not have done the legwork he did. Providing transportation to and from dealership was well above my expectations. And not by his account, we were not able to get financing. But his fight and sincerity to get my wife back into a vehicle almost took a personal level. He suggested a that we try a particular dealership that could help. Not only did they get us financing we got the payment we wanted and best of all didn’t have to trade in our Harley Davidson to do that. Thanks again for you taking a personal approach to our needs. Too bad Five stars is the max amount you can rate because Darrell deservedly should receive more !!! More
