Josh Galvan, the Assistant Sales Manager treated me with dignity and care as we worked through the pricing process. He listened to me and I walked away with not only a great car, but feeling great about the whole process. I only wish other dealerships or Sales Managers would do the same. Dealership sold me a car they didn’t bother to take the time to properly inspect. Chips in windshield, tank not full, within 7 days the truck was at the Service Department for MULTIPLE issues that should h time to properly inspect. I hate to leave a bad review, but best to take your business elsewhere. Horne Kia does not honor their internet sales price as they say they do and they are dishonest. They added a total of $7,779 of d business elsewhere. Horne Kia does not honor their internet sales price as they say they do and they are dishonest. They added a total of $7,779 of dealer added items to my cost to my “Internet price”. 7k+. Told me it was all non negotiable. Your price of the car then is not what you say it is and it’s false advertising. Wasted so much of my time. I’m also aware that some of those dealer added items such as gap and service contract are absolutely optional. I’m a pregnant female veteran and did not appreciate the blatant dishonesty, lack of integrity, or my time wasted. Also an almost 10% rate was quoted to me when I have good credit and they said I had no other options. They just told me the rates went up everywhere and wouldn’t discuss other rates or financing, not even their own. I know what the rates are. Look through their complaints and reviews. These tactics are common practice here. More
