One of the worst car buy experiences I've been exposed to for the following reasons: 1. No parking spaces. All of the customer spaces were filled with vehicles. 2. Made an appointment for a test drive, ho for the following reasons: 1. No parking spaces. All of the customer spaces were filled with vehicles. 2. Made an appointment for a test drive, however no vehicle was available. 3. No one to meet us. 4. The individual we were to meet was not available, so a random person was assigned. 5. I had to ask someone wipe down the car even though previous test driver was not wearing a mask. 6. Used the tools online to value trade-in, when I arrived in person they offered half of the trade in value of my car. My trade was very clean and low mileage, with a wash it would have been ready to put on in person they offered half of the trade in value of my car. They also advertise a price online with a line savings that equals a new price, there is no indication like an * that there are requirements to get these prices. They charge you another 1k if you pay in cash. Other Horne dealerships have the advertised price online but have a line that shows you up front that there is a discount for financing. Sad that a bank kick back is worth more to the dealership, than giving all the lowest price. They did offer me the internet price but took off all additional items that were offered at that price and undercut my trade by over half. They send ghost emails after your visit, hoping you had a great visit. When you respond, they send you another hope you had a great visit email, they don't listen unless you write a review. I moved on and bought another car at a dealership that would give me trade in value for my car. Dealerships need to remember that KBB has a trade in value for a reason, it accounts for reconditioning and prep to resale the car- and not all are fair value. More
I have been visiting Horne Kia for over a year now for service. Still a fantastic experience every time. I love my Kia, and Jesse in the service department makes it even better! Sales Manager and Finance Department are dishonest I bought a vehicle at Horne Kia Saturday 8/8 which had an internet price of 18,550 which is what I was told I would be paying I was also told it had t I bought a vehicle at Horne Kia Saturday 8/8 which had an internet price of 18,550 which is what I was told I would be paying I was also told it had the remainder of the warranty. Vehicle only had 10,594 miles at time of purchase. They ended up charging me $4,000 for the warranty and did not give me internet price. When I questioned the finance assistant Christopher Thrall he replied you need to wait 3 months and then you can cancel and get the $4000 back he did not go over the financial numbers with me at all just told me where to sign, sounds like shady business to me and have contacted the better business bureau. Sales manager and Christopher Thrall should be fired and I will never do business with Horne Kia again nor will anyone I know. You are nothing but a bunch of crooks. Samiel Toneli is a nice sales associate to bad he works at this dishonest dealership. More

To say this dealership has a lack of customer service would be an understatement. Long story short: I traded in my car, paid a down payment, and signed a contract for a Kia Sportage. The following day I would be an understatement. Long story short: I traded in my car, paid a down payment, and signed a contract for a Kia Sportage. The following day I was asked to come re-sign. Three weeks later I received a call stating that I need to agree to pay $60 more per month than what was agreed upon or return the car and pick up my old one. I called multiple times within that three week period as I hadn’t received any information from the bank (who I was told was Kia Motors). Due to the lack of accountability, answers, and communication from the dealership I decided to go ahead and return the car rather than get turned upside down in a loan that they kept changing the terms on. The day I returned my car, I didn’t get any apology or alternative options. I was blown away that they didn’t make any effort to regain the trust of a customer. Kia has amazing qualities in the product itself, however, the way I was treated and disrespected was truly disappointing. To Bobby (manager) and Chris in finance, I truly hope you learn to abide by the “Kia’s promise to serve” that is posted in your lobby. I will continue to encourage people to buy a Kia, but will steer as many people as I can away from this dealership. More

They will waste your time promising they can do service on your KIA but they are unable. Twice I have reviewed what I needed with the service rep (Johnny, Jason, Josh) made an appointment, only to find out they can't perform the services. You are better off taking your KIA to another location for service, Horne Kia will waste your time. More

I was helped by Jonny Riberio, who was patient, helpful and cheerful in spite of the place being very busy. Jonny explained to me exactly what all would be included in this visit, how long it would take, called and sent a text once my car was completed. I also appreciate that they wash your car after service - mine really needed that as much as anything! Thank you, Jonny :) More
