I have been visiting Horne Kia for over a year now for service. Still a fantastic experience every time. I love my Kia, and Jesse in the service department makes it even better! Sales Manager and Finance Department are dishonest I bought a vehicle at Horne Kia Saturday 8/8 which had an internet price of 18,550 which is what I was told I would be paying I was also told it had t I bought a vehicle at Horne Kia Saturday 8/8 which had an internet price of 18,550 which is what I was told I would be paying I was also told it had the remainder of the warranty. Vehicle only had 10,594 miles at time of purchase. They ended up charging me $4,000 for the warranty and did not give me internet price. When I questioned the finance assistant Christopher Thrall he replied you need to wait 3 months and then you can cancel and get the $4000 back he did not go over the financial numbers with me at all just told me where to sign, sounds like shady business to me and have contacted the better business bureau. Sales manager and Christopher Thrall should be fired and I will never do business with Horne Kia again nor will anyone I know. You are nothing but a bunch of crooks. Samiel Toneli is a nice sales associate to bad he works at this dishonest dealership. More

To say this dealership has a lack of customer service would be an understatement. Long story short: I traded in my car, paid a down payment, and signed a contract for a Kia Sportage. The following day I would be an understatement. Long story short: I traded in my car, paid a down payment, and signed a contract for a Kia Sportage. The following day I was asked to come re-sign. Three weeks later I received a call stating that I need to agree to pay $60 more per month than what was agreed upon or return the car and pick up my old one. I called multiple times within that three week period as I hadn’t received any information from the bank (who I was told was Kia Motors). Due to the lack of accountability, answers, and communication from the dealership I decided to go ahead and return the car rather than get turned upside down in a loan that they kept changing the terms on. The day I returned my car, I didn’t get any apology or alternative options. I was blown away that they didn’t make any effort to regain the trust of a customer. Kia has amazing qualities in the product itself, however, the way I was treated and disrespected was truly disappointing. To Bobby (manager) and Chris in finance, I truly hope you learn to abide by the “Kia’s promise to serve” that is posted in your lobby. I will continue to encourage people to buy a Kia, but will steer as many people as I can away from this dealership. More
Service Center I would recommend buying a Kia from Horne, I have 3 Kia cars. BUT their service center is absolutely horrible. They will waste your time promising they can do service on your KIA but they are unable. Twice I have reviewed what I needed with the service rep (Johnny, Jason, Josh) made an appointment, only to find out they can't perform the services. You are better off taking your KIA to another location for service, Horne Kia will waste your time. More
Second Service on my new Kia I was able to book a next day appointment for my 15,000 mile service visit - even though it was the 4th of July weekend. I was helped by Jonny Riberio, who was patient, helpful and cheerful in spite of the place being very busy. Jonny explained to me exactly what all would be included in this visit, how long it would take, called and sent a text once my car was completed. I also appreciate that they wash your car after service - mine really needed that as much as anything! Thank you, Jonny :) More
This was my first visit for service at Horne Kia and it was 5 Star! A year ago my wife and I sold our Mercedes and moved into a Kia Telluride. First off the telluride is an amazing vehicle, but the servic was 5 Star! A year ago my wife and I sold our Mercedes and moved into a Kia Telluride. First off the telluride is an amazing vehicle, but the service at Horne Kia is hands down better than the service at the local Mercedes dealership. Both Mike’s and Josh were extremely helpful not only with our service needs but with some of our warranty issues. I will be honest I was a little nervous because my experience with other departments at this location was not great when I dealt with them a year prior, but based on my service experience I will give them another shot next time I am in the market for a new Kia. Do NOT come to this dealership. Drove 2 hours to come see a car that had none of the features that their website claimed it had. The listing on their website said that it had a backup camera, navigation system, “climate package”, “heat package”, “memory package”, “multimedia package”, ”power package”, “premium sound package”, “premium wheels”, “rear climate package”, “safety package”, “security package”, technology package”, “ambient lighting”, “beats premium audio system”, “blind spot and cross detection”, along with many others. THE CAR HAS NONE OF THESE!!! False advertising. In addition, the salesman David tried to convince me to do a terrible finance option on a car that was not even close to what it says it is!!!! Do NOT come here. Very upset with the way I was treated when I mentioned that the car was nothing like they said it was on their website. Come here with caution. More
Service Department continues to decline I have taken my Kia Soul to this dealership on many occasions. Around four years ago, when I first started going here, the customer service in the Ve I have taken my Kia Soul to this dealership on many occasions. Around four years ago, when I first started going here, the customer service in the Vehicle Service Department was outstanding; consistent and courteous every time. The past two years, however, they cannot seem to get it together. I've tried several times to bring my car in for basic services and maintenance, and have had appointments changed, cancelled, or "lost." They offer a shuttle service that never seems to be working, and their prices, by comparison, are a bit ridiculous. I have made my last attempt at an appointment with this dealership. I scheduled to get a recall taken care of three days ago, and indicated I needed the shuttle in the online booking tool. It allowed me to make the appointment and schedule the shuttle. ON MY WAY IN to the appointment this morning,, 15 minutes before I was due to arrive, I received a call that the shuttle was not running "during this time." I had to cancel my appointment because I was relying on the shuttle they offered and did not make other arrangements. I do not understand why they waited until the last minute to inform me, but it was the last straw in a series of poor customer service situations and I won't even try to go back. I'll go to Scottsdale instead. I hope someday they regain their polished customer service. More
