This dealership attempted to rip me off when they tried to tell me my trade in (2019 Toyota Tundra) was only worth 25K. I always do my homework well in advance of arriving at a dealership and I knew my tru to tell me my trade in (2019 Toyota Tundra) was only worth 25K. Needless to say I walked out and drove straight to Tempe Kia where I knew I should have gone in the first place. They always take care of me at the Tempe Auto Group (Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Kia, Ram). I spent 10 hours trying to lease a hybrid vehicle and was met with errors in their sales staff and managerial staff 5 times. I was told they could meet my expectations only to find out days later they could not. My experience their was not only deplorable, they also pulled my credit without my authorization and without me being able to pick-out a vehicle suitable to my needs. The sales staff there is clueless and does not know how to ask technical and financial questions with top executives. Again, I recommend you look at other Kia dealers if you are serious about buying a vehicle b/c you may be wasting your valuable time being lied to and then surprised at the table. Buyer beware! Hence a rating of "ZERO". More
