I bought my 2017 Hyandai Elantra at the San Tan location in 2021, but I needed the Ant-Theft recall addressed and Horne was the only one who had it listed on their website to schedule an appointment. I honestly didn’t know what to expect exactly, but when I arrived all of the Service crew were so friendly and helpful AND informative. If this is any reflection of how the rest of the location is run: KUDOS! This makes me wish I bought my car there. I will definitely bring my car back there again for service. If my experiences continue to go just as well, I will consider working with Horne when I look for my next car! They had me in and out within two hours, and the service tech explained what they did for the update and gave me the paperwork to submit to my insurance company for review and compliance. More

NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HORNE HYUNDAI This place is a total joke!!! I have a 2018 Hyundai Sonata that has paint issues. November 2022 Horne Hyundai agreed to repaint my car due to a manufacture defect. After 6 joke!!! I have a 2018 Hyundai Sonata that has paint issues. November 2022 Horne Hyundai agreed to repaint my car due to a manufacture defect. After 6 months the paint is peeling and looks worse than it did before. I contacted Michael Freeland (Service Manager) and he asked me to bring my car in to take pictures. Three weeks went by, and I never heard back from him. I started calling every day and Michael would still not return my calls. I ended up driving up there and spoke to him in person. Same thing happened again NO RESPOSE!!! After trying several times i finally got a hold of him and he requested me to drive back and take more photos. I asked him who painted the car and what kind of warranty the paint job had. He said he would contact the shop and let me know when I get there When i got there, he saw me and ignored me and then he acted like he was busy. I stayed patiently waiting for over 45 minutes and finally a technician said they would take pictures for him. Again, no response and absolutely no communication. To this day he still hasn't contacted me. 6 months and still haven't got anywhere!!! 2nd issue After my car was painted (2022), I asked them to look into why my car stalls/hesitates when accelerating from a complete stop. They ran the codes and said it was the low-pressure fuel pump was bad and it would be Around $900 to replace it with a 1-year warranty. I told them it was a known issue and Hyundai was replacing them, but they still wouldn't do it. I replaced it myself with a 5-year warranty fuel pump from a local parts store. for half the price Then I get a noticed in the mail that there is a recall for the fuel pump. Horne Hyundai completed recall work on my 2012 Santa Fe. Work was completed in timely fashion and waiting area was well appointed with good Wi-fi.
