We were EXTREMELY HAPPY with the service we received from Jarvis and Lorie. We had looked at a different dealership (from where we previously bought 3 cars) and we're not happy with our service. Decided to go to Horne Hyundai and we're OVERJOYED that we did. Ended buying another car and the service was EXCEPTIONAL. Jarvis made it quick and easy with the financial end and Lorie was so easy with the sale. Both stayed late to help us finish up our deal and walk out with a new car. Bad business This place is hypocritical they say you are financed have u sign papers pay a downpayment and wait a couple of weeks say that it didnt go through then This place is hypocritical they say you are financed have u sign papers pay a downpayment and wait a couple of weeks say that it didnt go through then has u come back sign papers two more times and guarantees it is all done and you get a call from finance saying it is all good just to get a phone call months later saying you need to bring the car back cuz it didn't go through what's up with that bs. And you have put all this work into the car making it yours fixing it up seriously that is some messed up business. More
Excellent Service on a Recall I had a great experience with Horne Hyundai in March 2019. I have a 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe that had a recall due to corrosion due to snow and salt as I had a great experience with Horne Hyundai in March 2019. I have a 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe that had a recall due to corrosion due to snow and salt as vehicle was originally driven in Canada for 13 years. I called the service department before I arrived in Arizona, where the vehicle is now. Eric Underwood was extremely helpful. He got the service that I required all figured out before I arrived in Arizona to have the vehicle looked at. It turned out that I needed work done, and vehicle was not safe to drive. Hyundai set me up with a rental vehicle to drive while Eric looked for the parts to get the repair done. The nature of the recall is not very common in Arizona, the vehicle is older, so we were unsure how long it would take to get the parts. Hyundai was willing to pay for a rental for as long as required. The work was completed in about 8 business days. Thanks for looking after me and the fantastic customer service from Eric. This is fantastic customer service from Horne Hyundai and from Hyundai as they are looking after their customers! More
Service department on 5 occasions I was at the dealership this last Saturday booked my appointment online the night before with all my issues arrived at the dealership service writer I was at the dealership this last Saturday booked my appointment online the night before with all my issues arrived at the dealership service writer the only one on began to write up my concerns told me that the service that I book cannot be done on Saturday then why did they let me book it online. He began to write the service order up because I would just leave it I was told that I would have to pay a diagnostic fee of over $200 if the items that I reported and had concerns with on my vehicle under warranty from the factory Could not be verified. Or if they were not warrantable and it was caused by me this was leaking fluid on my driveway the transmissions hunting for gears when climbing in the mountains the radio won’t turn one other vehicles I drive an hour to an in on the station for a mat and it stalls out lights when the AC clicks on in the summertime. So I told him I would just wait and just get the lof Completed after 30 minutes I went to him and said this is a 30 minute unless guarantee correct or is free he stated yes about 10 minutes later he comes to me and says he did a computer update for a campaign that was on the vehicle it was not safety but they are required to do all these if the vehicle comes in so there goes a 30 minute guarantee we were already over 30 minutes when I told him I never signed the repair order at the start of service I never gave him permission to do anything else to my vehicle which they did and he told me if I wasn’t happy with the service or the fees to call the service manager on Monday completed after 30 minutes I went to him and said this is a 30 minute unless guarantee corrector is free he stated yes about 10 minutes later he comes to me and says he did a computer update for a campaign that was on the vehicle it was not safety but they are required to do all these if the vehicle comes in so there goes a 30 minute guarantee we were already over 30 minutes when I told him I never signed a repair order at the start of service I never gave him permission to do anything else to my vehicle which they did and he told me if I wasn’t happy with the service or the fees to call the service manager on Monday Great customer service why didn’t he have the service manager call me I will never be back to this dealership again this is my fifth attempt the first two I learned that you have to have an appointment on Saturday for an oil change or they turn you away the second one I had an appointment but a tech called in sick so they couldn’t do it however there’s a Ford dealer right next-door that they own when they bring one of their technicians over. I voiced my concerns on my last visit they said the service director or the general manager of the dealership way to call me it’s been six months they haven’t called I don’t think they’re going to if you don’t have anything that needs to be covered under warranty then go go here it’s a big disappointment read the reviews on yelp I don’t know how dealer raider rates him so High. More
Friendly, Caring, and Informative I was looking at buying a car from this dealership. I was dealing with the Sales Manager and Lorie Ceal, Public Relations Director. I was amazed by ho I was looking at buying a car from this dealership. I was dealing with the Sales Manager and Lorie Ceal, Public Relations Director. I was amazed by how friendly and informative both of them were. I have been to their Ford side for service and was also pleased with the service as well. I did not end up buying a car because I decided to go with a different brand that I personally liked better. But I would recommend that you visit this dealership if you are interested in a Hyundai. More
