The sales manager almost ruined the deal for us as he seemed to be in a sour mood (did not wish to be challenged on trade in, but to be fair, did give us what we were asking for in the end), but Yan saved the day and we bought the car because of him. We came in with our eyes on a used vehicle but walked away with something completely unexpected (and new) because Yan listened and gave us input without pressure. It was like having a good friend go car shopping with you. Because of this experience, I would not wan to work with anyone but Yan -- that's how well he represents this company. Jarvis is another gem and they are lucky to have him. He also went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. He explained things in a calm and cool manner. Because these two gentleman did an outstanding job, I brought them coffee the following day. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with either one of them again and plan on only working with them as long as I am in Arizona (right now, that is a lifetime!). More

The process was seamless and he even delivered it to me in west Phoenix. I didn't have to deal with the finance team or anyone else. Lauren took care of the entire process from start to finish. It's the only reason why I'm giving this place two stars vs one star. Three weeks later, I decided I wanted to trade in my second vehicle for another Ioniq because I love how economical they are. However, Lauren no longer works there and I get stuck with Jorge. At first, I go into the process thinking it'll be the same service I received a few weeks ago, if not better since I'm a returning customer. Was I wrong in assuming that. Jorge came across as a slimy and incompetent sales guy. I finally got fed up with him and reached out to his boss, Craig. However, Craig went silent and wouldn't respond to my emails either. Needless to say, I decided not to purchase from them a second time. A few days later, the general manager Steve emails me to "make sure I've been helped" and was "satisfied" with the service I received. I emailed him back regarding my frustration and disappointment. That was several days ago and yet no response. I shouldn't be surprised. After all, attitude reflects leadership. It's mind boggling how one sales rep can make all the difference. I honestly bragged about my first experience here with Lauren. Fast forward just a few weeks later, and because I wouldn't play their stupid games I was treated like xxxx. I suppose that's what I get for not reading reviews before shopping at this miserable dealership. Buyer beware. Hopefully you are reading these reviews prior to shopping here. More
