When our vehicle is taken in for service a loaner car is clean and ready, we are told when the car will be ready, the car is returned to us clean inside and out, and explained what was done to the car. We recently had a problem with the AC and called in with our problem and were told not to turn the car off and immediately bring the car in for service. Everything was resolved to our satisfaction. Although a replacement cabin filter was requested, the Service Technician determined that its replacement was not necessary based on prior scheduled replacement. I have all personal and company owned vehicles serviced at Horne Ford, since 2011 and the service has always been excellent. I have purchased the Explorer from Horne Ford and very happy that I did so. More
