The people at this delership are very friendly from the receptionist, sales people, service department and the finanance people. I was familar with this dealership but didn't have the need to buy a vehic receptionist, sales people, service department and the finanance people. I was familar with this dealership but didn't have the need to buy a vehicle until my truck was totaled in an accident. Jose worked with me when I told him what I could afford and the type of vehicle I was interested in. We narrowed my search down to 2 cars took them for a spin, then i picked one out. We haggled a little but this dealership will work with you to make you happy. I needed a leak fixed a week after and the service department was great also. A great group of professionals, great customer service. Give this dealersip a try and you won't be disappointed. More

We saw a white Mercedes Benz E350 in the parking lot and fell in love with it. Josh and Cliff were the best, not only they were friendly and helpful but they gave us the best trade in value with our 2003 Lincoln Navigator. The branch manager was also very professional. I would recommend this car dealership to friends and families. Thank you so much guys and More power! More
So.... before i came out to the dealership i saw their website which was a little costly but then i got a phone call. the sales rep derek convinced me to take the 45 minute drive out to mckinney. when i g website which was a little costly but then i got a phone call. the sales rep derek convinced me to take the 45 minute drive out to mckinney. when i got to the dealership i realized that i was wayyyy out of my price range there but was still approached by an awesome salesman whos name was Chris. I proceeded to ask for derek and he had no problem trying to go get him but derek was busy with a customer at the time we made it there. That did not stop Chris from helping us any way that he could, even though he was not the guy we spoke to on the phone, we explained our circumstances, and he gathered a list of cars that were in our price range. Chris did everything from get us cups of water to getting the car we had picked out a little detailing (even though it rained).. OVERALL I GIVE CHRIS A 10 OUT OF 10 EXTREMELY GOOD EXPERIENCE AND LOOK FORWARD TO MANY MORE! More
I worked with Levani for over a month to complete this deal. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I finally purchased. He wasn't in to high pressure selling. He let the vehicle sell itself, wh deal. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I finally purchased. He wasn't in to high pressure selling. He let the vehicle sell itself, which I really appreciated. He even picked me up at DFW to personally bring me to the Dealership. When I purchase a vehicle, I always get financing on my own because I don't want them making money on the Backend of a deal off of me. Derrick, the Finance/Sales Manager asked if he could try to get me a better deal, so I let him try. Not only did he beat it, while I was on my way home (out of town), happy about the deal I just made. He called me and said another lender they use came back with a better rate for a more favorable term. He said was tearing up the finacing I just signed. He overnited me the new Paperwork with a return envelope already pepaid at his expense. This new Financing will save me over 1.5K over the life or the loan. It nice to work with a Dealer who puts "ME" the Customer first when making a deal. . I feel that when doing a deal, everyone should feel good about the transaction. I understand Dealers have to make money to stay in business. If Dealers would do business taking care of the customer first, they will make lots of money. The Hopper Motorplex really understands this and they treat their customers this way. I would highly recommend Hopper Motorplex if your in the market for a Pre Owned Vehicle. More
After reading some of the reviews on here, I was skeptical of going to check out a vehicle at their lot. I called about 30 mins to insure that the vehicle that we were looking for was still availab skeptical of going to check out a vehicle at their lot. I called about 30 mins to insure that the vehicle that we were looking for was still available (since most of their complaints are that they don’t have what was shown online) and they assured me it was on the lot. We arrived and it was described very well online (Jeep Commander). Other than that they mentioned it was a V8 when clearly it’s a V6. No biggie, we didn’t want a V8 anyways. After a test drive we had our trade in appraised. The whole process took about 2 hours. Our info was pulled, and we where qualified, but they weren’t sure until Monday since it was a Saturday and the Credit Unions where closed. They offered us to take the vehicle home until they could let us know what the bank came back with. We declined the offer, and waited till Monday. They called us on Monday, and they went back and forth with us regarding the payments. I wasn’t to worried about it, since I knew what our credit score was, and what we would be approved for. We agreed to a price/payment/warranty. They offered to meet us somewhere that was convenient for us, since we live about 2 hours away. Our overall experience was good. We haven’t had the vehicle for long, so I pray to god we don’t run into any problems. But the Sales Rep was nice, and the finance guy was pretty cool. I’ve never left a comment on here before, but I felt I would do them some justice on giving them credit for working with us and making it a very painless. I’ve noticed that most of these complaints are about them not having the vehicles that are shown online. I highly suggest you actually going out there and make sure it’s physically there. Being in the sales field, we are taught to get you in the door no matter what, and having to deal with the fallout when things don’t go the customer’s way. But either way, always have a backup plan. I figured, if they didn’t have the vehicle we wanted, I’ll just look at what the dealerships around them have to offer as a backup plan. But given the price of the vehicle we got, I was really hoping they had it. Lol Would I recommend them to anyone else? Yeah, since our experience was good, I don’t see why not. More

My husband and I found a truck on the internet and so we contacted Persia to purhcsae the vehicle. My sister lived in the area so she went over to check out the truck and take it for a test drive. The truc contacted Persia to purhcsae the vehicle. My sister lived in the area so she went over to check out the truck and take it for a test drive. The truck checked out and my sister and her husband gave the truck a good review so we negotiated the deal over the phone that night and I gave my credit card for the down payment and personal information to get the paperwork started while my sister was in the dealership. Our credit was good but the only issue was getting the paperwork Fed Ex'd back and forth in a timely manner because my husband I live in another state. Well, the next day, the dealer's attitude completely changed. Persia kept putting me and my husband off saying she would call back in an hour or there was no way she could get paperwork to the Fed Ex office or they won't fax me any paperwork to get the deal going and then we can Fed Ex the original copies and we would never hear anything from her. We had to call Persia to get a status and she always had some excuse about why she could not work with us. She even so far as to ask me in a round about way to fly out so I could sign the paperwork. Finally, at 3:15 this afternoon, I finally got a phone call from Persia informing me that the truck has been sold to someone else and he was filling out the paperwork right now as we spoke on the phone. But that if this deal didn't go through, the truck would be ours. I thought it was ours when I provided $1000 down payment and personal information including approval for the credit check the previous night. And when I asked Persia point blank if she kept putting me and my husband off all day because she was waiting for this guy to come in and look at the truck, she would not give me a straight answer. In this case, silence is golden... I am so sorry, but it is these actions that give car sales people a bad name and reputation. Whatever happened to ethics? I guess the joke is on her though beacus my sister and her husband found a couple of cars they were ready to purchase at the dealer ship and that will no longer be happening because of these actions. So instead of blowing one sale, she lost three. I hope it was worth it. Beware of these tactics and if you choose to buy there, take your vehicle with you and be a local because it's obvious from these actions they do not appreciate out of town business. And if that's the case, stop putting your cars and trucks for sale on the internet. OR at the very least specify local buyers only! More
