David is a fantastic guy. I met David about a year ago when I was looking for a small commuter car. He showed me a Mini Cooper and I sold myself on the idea that I needed one. I ended up buying one from another dealership, but I remembered that David was graceful about it when I told him and we remained on good terms. This year I needed to replace my SUV with a Truck. The ONLY place I went to was Hopper Motorplex to talk to David. He made it way too easy and found exactly what I needed in my price range. 24 hours later I owned a truck. More

Disappointed. We found the jeep we wanted on-line.... We drove to McKinney to purchase... After all the paperwork was signed... we were told it would be mailed...al We found the jeep we wanted on-line.... We drove to McKinney to purchase... After all the paperwork was signed... we were told it would be mailed...along with the extra key....along with a refund check for the overpaid amt of down payment...We walked to parking lot and the salesman asked if we wanted to walk across the parking lot and get ourselves... No, I asked him to drive it to us... Then I had to ask him to remove all the marketing info from the windshield... I followed my daughter in her new jeep... It was on low fuel and we had to find a gas station... and they forgot to put the temporary license plate on it...And our insurance company was never contacted... They e-mailed me a plate to print and attach... A month later I got the plates and the refund check... But we are still waiting on the paperwork??? And forget about the key... I have emailed asking where it is...left messages...and nothing...Very disappointed... More

Awesome Experience!! I will be perfectly honest and say that I was a little apprehensive about buying a car from a used car dealer. Normally when I purchase a car whether I will be perfectly honest and say that I was a little apprehensive about buying a car from a used car dealer. Normally when I purchase a car whether it be new or used I will purchase through a dealer such as Chevy, Ford, Dodge, etc,. The entire experience was terrific. The service manager Aaron handled our repair job in a timely manner, installed factory Honda pa knowledgeable and professional than look no further. Drove 21 hours from Pennsylvania to buy truck truck was not detailed and had 4 bad tires on it couldn't even get up to speed limit with out the car shaking terrible !! The offered to put different used tires on it and I said no I wanted the same ones that were on it which they finally agreed to do at no extra cost . It's now 60 days later temporary tag ran out waiting for them to send another one so I can drive truck because they didn't even have the title when they sold me the truck and I can't get pa tags. Yet. Stay away poor customer service and rude people there!!! Very happy with truck they just need more customer friendly staff More
