Worked with Brice to close the deal after the original salesman unexpectedly left. Brice did a great job stepping in and keeping us interested by showing us different products until we settled on the vehicle that was right for us for what our long term needs were. Definitely recommend Hopper Motorplex to friends/family and anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle (yes they sell motorcycles too)! Trey and his financing manager worked with me to get the best rate on the Jeep, and made my existing car trade-in a fairly easy process. I was on my way within a few hours of walking in the door. I believe Trey went above and beyond after the sale. He would call or email me every few months after to ensure I was still enjoying the vehicle and had no issues with it. That kind of customer service is rare anymore, and is a nice touch I wont forget.
