The deals at Hopper are really great (like $500 over trade in value). I found a couple of bikes that I was interested in and worked with Ernie Pezzola on the deal. He was a great sales person, not overly pushy, very patient and helpful and knowledgeable about the bikes I was looking at. Ultimately I settled on a 2014 Street Glide Special after doing a few test rides and taking a week to think about the purchase. Ernie is a great guy and earned my trust.
