Used car purchase. Had problems but they handled perfectly I inquired about a 2004 Honda Element they had on the lot. Test drive and decided to work on the price. They where reasonable and I didn't overpay. I inquired about a 2004 Honda Element they had on the lot. Test drive and decided to work on the price. They where reasonable and I didn't overpay. The next day the check engine light came on. They asked me to bring it back and have the service dept take a look. It needed a catalytic converter. So I thought "Here we go". I bought it as is no warranty. But they made it right and installed a new catalytic converter. NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Thank you Izzy and Joe. I'll be back for sure. More

Great Experience I called to make sure the car was available before I made the 2 hour drive.
